Love the XS 650. I have an issue with my XS750 rear caliper locking up on occasion. Any suggestions that I could do to make the piston more functional? Thanks guys. Please check out my 73 Ironhead videos out now. Would love your feedback. Cheers from Seattle
I like that color on the XS peanut tank and rear fender. Burned out on bonding? I started molding bike frames in the late 1960s. The last frame I molded was in 2011. It's a good idea to wear a mask when sanding body filler! Good luck with the XS project and the Sunset Shovel.

Can't wait to see the XS come together. That bike has some great lines.

I was stationed at NAS North Island 1975-78. Had a 1978 Yamaha XS650 Special. Sure was a good looking and ran good.

If you Bondo the frame welds, won't it crack and pop off from frame flex, especially being a hard tail???
