The best way to farm mastery for melee and swords fist go to 1st sea and go to upper sky and go to the house with fences near the shandas and leave a auto clicker and thats how

You need 2nd sea to get it, 800 lvls, you need to do Bartolo quest, then do alchemist quest at green Zone my tips are get buddha or transportation buddha for killing the 50 NPCs and transport for getting to the flower location s.
