Judge over ruled to 99% of defense objections and sustained pretty much all the prosecutions. Judge didnt allow defense to being expert witnesses..yet the judge allowed witnesses that had nothing to do with a legal expense financial entry by a clerk..the whole purpose was to drag Trump through the mud and to top it off the judge gagged Trump from speaking about the trial….even legal experts that are no fans of Trump say this entire case is a joke…the judge even told the jury “In this case you have 3 options of charging him guilty and u dont have to be unanimous to find him guilty”..even u have to admit thats f**king unheard of! Now we hear that the jury planned on convicting him all along becuase one juror broke the law and told family members the outcome before the verdict. Trump was railraoded and u know it.

Not to mention the fact that the jury got to "choose" what he was so-called "guilty" of, so that as long as all of the jurors found him guilty of "something", he was convicted.
When Meghan Kelly interviewed Bill Maher, he was under the impression that Michael Cohen went to jail over the campaign finance charge. In reality, the Mueller prosecutors got Cohen to plead to the campaign finance charge by agreeing to not charge Cohen's wife for the same tax fraud that was the real reason that Cohen went to jail. Otherwise, Cohen never would have pleaded to a charge that had never been used in that way before. And the only reason the Mueller prosecutors wanted Cohen to plead to that charge was to put Trump in proximity to a crime since they couldn't come up with any real crimes in three years of investigating Trump and everyone around Trump. Bill Maher is an idiot who is more than happy to turn America into a banana republic or to go though a depression so in order to keep Trump out of the presidency.

In the same study, the CDC suggested that everyone should mask up to prevent transmission of this disease, and that the public should maintain at least 6 feet of assistance from each other.

Just because 66% of New Yorkers said the trial was politicized doesn’t mean it’s true, and it’s not true. What is true though is that 66% of New Yorkers are uneducated about why the trial was necessary in the first place. Most say the trial was about him sleeping with a porn star which wasn’t against the law.
The truth is about 45 committing campaign finance laws that equate to a felony. The porn star affair was the actions that took place that prompted him to commit campaign finance crimes. There have been many politicians who have gone to jail after being found guilty of committing campaign finance crimes. Why should Trump be any different? Trump doesn’t believe laws in this country pertains to him. He has been handled with kid gloves. The criminal acts he committed and it was proven in court to be guilty was charged as a civil case and should have been charged with both civil and criminal. However, in this country that might have been double jeopardy. His list of crimes before, during, and after his term in office has a statute of limitations. As long as that is met for charging him it’s lawful. Let’s not forget while he was in office he couldn’t be charged with anything. In addition, folks seem to have gotten absent minded to his strategic and continuous filings with the courts was designed to delay and delay all the trials until the election. Hence, this is why his running for president this time in the first place. Of course, this wasn’t his only reason for running, however. His goal is to win and try to continue to delay. If he can’t and the trials get the green light and he is found guilty it would then create a constitutional crisis. Many folks don’t have sense enough not to put a known convict and criminal for a plethora of crimes he has committed.
When ANYONE place themselves in the public eye to run for president, it behooves a person clean up his sins and crimes before hand. Pay the piper then at least it could be said those matters were dealt with and has changed. Of course, Trump saying that part would have been a lie about the part that he has changed. However, he’s going to lie anyway.

Instead, he has to count on delays, publicity stunts, appeals to the court of public opinion, loop holes, threats to anyone (& their families) with actual evidence or testimony and Supreme Court Judges he owns to go against the Constitution on his behalf. If there was a real defence - I am sure it would have been presented. But he has none.

The economy would not have tanked in the slightest if Obama had gone after those responsible for the financial crisis. The real idea was that the economy would have tanked if the banks had not been bailed out. The banks were bailed out and then Obama promised to go after those responsible and he never did. The reasons behind his decision are largely political as wall street donates a lot of money to both parties (and they all run in the same circles).
