So good. I have made this many times. Its the only way i can drink Guinness. Deddys is such a good cook, he could cook plain water and it would taste good. Love your family. all

I live in Florida and I was talking to my sister who lives in Michigan about Jamaican food. She mention Deddy’s food from Utube! I couldn’t believe she’s watching the same as me 😃. Unknowingly we’ve both been watching the same videos. We love Deddy. Our father was the main cook in our house growing up and he was a fantastic cook. He brings back so many warm loving memories of us in the kitchen with our father. Thank you so very much. 🥰 I’ve tried some of your recipes … delicious 😋👍🏽 Of course I’ve bought all the seasonings. One of my favorite things growing up. My family calls it Stout & Milk. We also made Beer & Milk. We used a lot less ingredients -- just stout, condensed milk, and top it off with some nutmeg. My father used to put it in a jug filled with lots of ice. So good!

Tiger malt is made bt Banks Breweries in Barbados, I won a tiger from them as a child, still have it, Tiger mslt has to be more than 50yrs old.

Can you please show me a recipe for steamed or roasted fish! It had peppers and onions in it and i didn’t ask what type of fish it was! Or can you show us how to make jerk pork!! Omggg
