Hey Denise 🤗🤗🤗. So I think most of the moisture came from the Curlaid. So I think fresh curl would do better as a styler but if you try it out as a leave in please let me know you thoughts. Cuz I still think it’s too stiff for me for a leave in lol. Thanks for watching ❤️❤️❤️
Glad to see your thoughts on the Jansyn deep conditioner! I've debated buying this one so many times lol, gonna pass though. I love using the Fresh Curl for a retwist/rebraid/refresher, like on the days when I've had a failed style but don't feel like rewashing my hair lol. Great video hun!
Hey Mo 😊😊😊. Yeah I think you can leave it at the store lol. Ok so you use it to retwist...Ok good to know because I’m not sure if I like it as a leave in lol. Thanks for watching 😘
Hey Nisha... I only have used the Curlaide. I really do like it as it is a leave-in and styler. Like you said, it gives a fluffy curl (you can always add Curl Maker for a more defined look) with lots of moisture. Great for colder months or after too much sun/chlorine.
My holy grail is the Algae Renew Cocoa & Mango Butter Deep Conditioner. And I love the Almond Jai Twisting Butter and the Honey Hydrate leave in. I don't really know much about any of her other products. Your hair came out beautiful tho.
Thanks Keisha 😊. I used the Algae Renew a long time ago and liked it but for some reason never picked it up again. I def will be trying it soon. Def need to try the honey hydrate leave in as well 💕
Do you think the conditioner would work better with wet vs damp hair ? And I agree the curlside butter it is verrry hydrating a little too I actually use it to refresh my hair and the fresh curl is a styler it’s like thicker than a lotion but kinda jelly? Won’t have much hold on it’s own if you want your style to last
Hey Olivia. I honestly just don’t think the conditioner is all that moisturizing. Don’t really think water would help lol. Thanks for the info on the fresh curl. I will be using it more of a styler next time! Thanks for watching 😊💕
The Jansyn’s used to be my favorite rinse out conditioner!! I haven’t used it in a while but I like it for a quick wash day, I don’t remember if I ever tried it as a deep conditioner 😂 The styling combo looks fire though, your hair looks so moisturized 😍
Lol wow. I just now realized that it was a conditioner and not a deep conditioner 🤦🏾♀️😂. The curlaid is super moisturizing though! Def need to use this for the winter. Thanks for watching 😊😊😊
Hey girlie! What if you use the Curl Love as a leave in and then use the Fresh Curl and see how you like it. I never tried the Fresh Curl but I love the Curl Love. You have to try the Honey Leave in, it is SUPER MOISTURIZING well for me it is LOL. I love your hair, lots of volume! Thank you as always!
The Jansyn is a rinse out conditioner. It's kinda confusing because of the packaging. I used the Moroccan pear conditioner which comes in a bottle and is actually a deep conditioner as it states to leave on for 10mins to absorb the vitamins before rinsing out. So yeah, her packaging makes it so confusing. The Fresh Curl I've always used as a refresher. Works best for me on dry hair.
OH wow I did not know the Moroccan Pear was a deep conditioner. I used it as a rinse out. Either way my hair did not respond well to the moroccan pear . It didn’t have that bomb slip and was not very moisturizing like some of her other products i’ve used. I was disappointed in the moroccan pear given that most people rave about it.
The honey leave in is great. Once a month I use the rice milk leave in, curl laid and the honey leave in and my twists stay juicy through out the month. Im a lazy hair natural lol
I tried her entire Leave-In Collection recently. It did not perform well on my hair like I had hoped. I was so disappointed in that collection and wanted to like it sssssooo bad . But I will say when i used the style setter with the Latte Define Leave-In it was fire! The entire Coconut Water Line is by far my fffaaavvvvv of Camille Rose
I love Fresh Curls! It makes my hair feel and looks moisturized with a shine but not greasy! Haven't tried the Jansyn's Moisture Max Conditioner as of yet but waiting for my order.
Love the Curlaide! Very moisturizing and can be used on wet or dry hair. I used to use the Fresh Curl on my daughter’s hair as a refresher but I’ve been curious if it works well as a leave-in. TFS!
Hey friend🖐🏾 your hair is cute! I love the Fresh Curl and I use it as a leave-in like you did, because it doesn't haven't enough for me to use it as a styler. I have the neroli cleansing milk, but I have use it yet.
Hi. I'm so late -been a very busy week. 🛑Long comment. Camille rose...am/was a stan. Let me explain. I have med-high porosity, type 4 hair. The best dc it makes is the Algae renew! I use to love Jansyn's Moisture Max but not so much now. I bought 3, have 2 I'm trying to finish up from black friday sale 2019(!). Went ham that year & next😑. Moroccan Pear conditioner was meh (finishing it now). The Ginger rinse was a hair (pun intended) too stripping for me. Have all cleansing milks. Have used the White orchid one 2x-I like it, the Rose one I'm currently using is ok & Neroli I tested once is meh. Caramel cowash was good for 2 uses then went stale on me (smell disappeared & wasn't effective anymore). Fresh curl was my girl only as a refresher for dry hair & changing up a style but I feel like the formula changed over the years (not ingredients but the effectiveness went down). The Honey leave-in is great (it extends the moisturizing properties of whatever follows it). My hair does NOT like Moisture milk & I've tried a few times on the entire family. I've tried a few of the Coconut line (meh) when 1st came out b4 the leave in & dc debuted- curious about them but keep passing on it. The Tea tree oil is so softening, absorbs well & has a coffee latte smell -I will restock on it. The Cocoa Nibs oil changed too (?) The Hair Essential bundle is meh except for the butter which gives great definition. Aloe whipped butter is a FAV! I like the Almond jai too but Aloe leaves less build up. Don't like the Ajani balm or Butter melt. Don't like the kids collection. I tried to like Curlmaker gel, was meh. What I didn't mention, I didn't try. If you read this far, God bless you 🙏!
I know the fresh curl was first marketed as a refresher and it does just that for me. I haven’t tried these other products tho. Just picked up the clean rinse as a clarifying shampoo!
My Holy Grail wash n go combo is the Aloe Whipped Butter Gel & Curl Maker! I don’t use anything underneath. My curls are exactly like yours but I’m normal or medium porosity with low density fine strands so I find this combo to be moisturizing and gives me great hold! I can get a 5-7 day wash n go easily with this combo! The Aloe Whipped Gel says that you can use it as a leave in for moisture and definition. As for the fresh curls I haven’t used it as a leave in yet but I plan to. I have used it to refresh me and my daughter’s hair and I love it for that! It’s wet enough to refresh and it elongates the hair without weighing it down. I love Fresh Curl for that! I pray that it works well as a leave in for me under Curl Maker! I actually love the Jansyn’s Conditioner! Even though it says Moisture max, on the description it references to being Strengthening. When I used it on my daughters hair it gave her moisture but it was more on the strengthening side imo, so I would use it more as a strengthening conditioner vs moisturizing Conditioner. Hope this helps 😊 Btw I’m a professional hairstylist so I love describing products more in detail! Love your content Nisha! I plan on doing RUclips Videos and tutorials soon! God bless 🙏🏾😇💕
Thank you so much love 💕😊. I’ve heard that a lot of people use it as a refresher. I don’t really refresh my twist outs but I will give it a try that way.
That fresh curl is amazing! I use it as a moisturizer. I’m one of the few that hate the moisture milk- it does nothing in my hair. Camille rose products are ok but I have many other brands I like wayyyyy better. That deep conditioner was wack! Like the mane choice and Shea moisture, I have come to accept when certain products just don’t work for my hair or are hella basic. CR is definitely better than Shea moisture and mane choice for me but it’s still low on my list of favorites.
Do you use it to moisturize twist outs? I'm looking for one that won't revert my hair too much without me having to retwist.i thought I was the only one that didn't like Curl Love
Hey Aaliyah 😊. I say def try the butter. The verdict is still out on the fresh curl. I think I’m gonna try it as a styler next time to see how I feel. Thanks for watching 💕😘
I just bought the Camille Rose Moisture Milk and the Honey Hydrator. I'm going to use them in a wash later today along with the Camille Rose Twisting Butter to see how all 3 work together.
Lol my comment is so late. I loved the video! Thanks for doing this review since people don't really talk about these products. I love the Moroccan Pear Conditioner. It's so moisturizing! I'm not sure if I'm gonna use the fresh curl as a leave-in or a moisturizer but I'll see.
Awww thank you so much. I don’t hear a lot about these products so I def wanted to try them out for y’all. Haven’t tried the Moroccan Pear but def want to try it out. Thanks for watching 💕
Thank you NJ for this review 🥰💕.. I do have the Neroli Blossom Cleansing Milk which is okay 😊but have not tried the other products you reviewed .. I do luv the Algae Renew DC Mask, Honey Hydrate leave-in, Curl luv moisture milk, Sweet Ginger Cleansing Rinse and Almond Jai Twisting Butter.. dang I like a lot 🤦🏾♀️

Hey love. I think you will def like the coconut water cowash. I actually have review from 2019 that I did in the whole collections. I didn’t really care for it at first but I like it when I pair it with an oil. Thanks for watching 💜
Nice video Nisha and your day 3 hair looks great! I have a few Camille Rose products that I will be using for the first time. I have a tiny jar of the CurlAid and the twisting butter along with a couple from the Coconut Water collection. I see you're going to save me a few bucks with the other CR products you used. 🥰
Thank you so much love ❤️. Yes I think the first two products are a pass for me. The curlaid I do like, need to play with the fresh curl some mor lol. Coconut water collection is everything!!! 💕

I’ve only used one of those products, the cleansing milk, It works better in the shower. It’s ok. I liked it, didn’t love it. Your hair is cute though.
I hated that cleanser. Tried it twice to make sure. I don’t like fresh curl so much but I didn’t throw it away. The curlaide is good for the winter. Looking at other people’s comments I’m gonna check out that aloe whipped gel cream.
I think the fresh curl feels kinda stiff and I think its all the oil in it... idk how to use it as a refresher like some others have recommended because I wear wash n goes and it isnt moisturizing enough under a gel imo...
I like the final result! Your hair looks moisturized! I'm in the minority...I can't stand Camille Rose products. The moisture milk, almond Jai twisting butter, and that curl maker(xantum gum) all do nothing for my hair. No moisture retention at all, just hay-dry strands. Even the Algae Renew DC was lackluster. The ingredients(although great) and texture consistency of CR products just don't work for my hair.
Thank you so much Rachel 😊😊😊. Yeah sometimes brands just don’t work for everyone. Even me I have products that I love and some i don’t really care for from CRn.
Hey love!! So actually many people have been telling me that it’s a rinse out and not a DC 😂. My bad, I guess I did t read correctly lol. Thanks for watching 😘
I have the Fresh Curls and Aloe Whipped Butter gel so I’ll try that combo since you said the Fresh Curls does have good moisture 😉 tfs

Thanks Naya ☺️☺️☺️. I will def use the fresh curl as a styler next time! Thanks for watching 😘
I watched a video where she said fresh curl is a,styler. She uses it as a refresher. I use it as a refresher for my high porosity hair lol
Thank you ☺️I’m def gonna try it again as a styler on top of a leave in

Thanks Chrissy 😊. I think I will def use it as a styler/refresher next time! Thanks for watching 💕
How do you "twaid"??
Braid at the top then twist at the bottom
@IlleanaSantamaria or the opposite twist 1st then braid at the bottom.
Yes I braid 3/4 of the way and then twist the rest. It’s gives my style some elongation 😊😊😊
Thank you, lovelies!!
The Jasyn used to a rinse out I think I heard she changed the label to dc
Hey love!! So actually many people have been telling me that it’s a rinse out and not a DC 😂. My bad, I guess I did t read correctly lol. Thanks for watching 😘

Oh no! I’m sorry love. It didn’t make my hair hard but it was very conditioning. Thanks for watching 💕
Camille rose products react better with a lot of water.
Thanks!
