I'd love for this to be a series of some sort. I made one of my retainers into a viera version of Venat (as a tribute to her being the lopporits' mother) after doing the Endwalker MSQ and it went really well, save for her unique eye color. Making tributes like that is tons of fun. Could even extend beyond XIV characters, like a roegadyn Incredible Hulk guide.

The problem is that with how muted the character creator colours are you will never be able to 100% do any new characters that have vibrant colours, SE really need to add a colour wheel that allows more variance and depth of colour in order to match :/

Probably a character customization update for 8.0.
If such a thing does happen, I would assume that among them would be the removing of features from faces so they can be toggled on and off independently of face type.
Think beards, markings, horns, etc. that are all currently tied to specific faces.

Is like Godbert. You can get very close. But not a 100%. For example you can get glasses close to. But not Godbert glasses. You can get a suit close to. But you can't get the same suit.

This just to show you how limited the assets of character creation are in FF14. We are still using the same stuff as ARR but with new haie, yay!. I really thought D.T would give us a decent amount of new faces and hair styles but that oversold 1% more graphics fidelity destroyed their budget so hard that they almost closed Square Enix.
