As a person who plays this deck and doesnt have droplets n talents - I run a lot of handtraps that can be normal summoned with attack less then 1000, so they become almiraj targets - so if i dont open invoked engine and just the eclessia (i run them 3) i can still have maximus play and winda on opponents turn :D
The best part about dis is you dont need to run handtraps in invoked anymore.
Still slamming one for ones in the deck is not good.
Why play ash when you can play a kaiju?
Why play a handtrap that doesnt shut out opponents when you can play board breaking cards that literraly win the game? Drop the hand traps... Its very hard to do but believe me you dont need it in invoked anymore.
@@theofficialk.a.m...p4760 I think it depends on what people play at your locals, but I disagree. Handtraps can stop your opponent even more then a kaiju sometimes depending on a matchup. Also they are good going first or second. Like what if im going first and just have mechaba on board, would you rather have mechaba with ash in kand or with kaiju in hand? (Also keep in mind yes if you have droplets and talents absolutely play them, but this is scenario if you dont have em).
@@karlobaza imperm/veiler, and psy frame are the only hand traps i would olay right now. Everything you said gets thrown out the window when you are going to get hit with crossout due to copy paste hand traps. You cant interact at with a kaiju... And thats my main goal. Non interaction. Nibiru? Nonsense. Kaiju big brain.
@@theofficialk.a.m...p4760 whell idk where you play but at my locals or on db people really just don't play crossout - so no need to play around him (but yeah if you play at the locals where everybody runs 3 crossouts - kaijus r better choice)
@@karlobaza this meta handtraps arw not good with the exception of droll the top "meta"(idc what your locals are playing i care about what hurts an opponent more) doeant care to be handtraped. Yes a well timed ash makes them do a different combo. Kaiju, dark ruler no more and evenly matched are just good examples of better cards with better outcomes. Your not winning games with ash anymore. If you choose to play a going second deck you should already know playing blowout cards like kaiju is a better final product than negating a search. Lol like i said if a one for is what its gonna be its gonna be on my turn and end the game. Not end a turn. We big brains out here.

Another option for draw power is to use Spellbook of Knowledge even though it's the more situational one, but you still have Aleister and Artemis as the spellbook target (just link Aleister to Artemis if you planned this), and even Ecclesia once she done her search duty unless you plan to use Fleurdelis.
Edit: Or if you play tripple Apkalone like me, it's also a viable spellbook target to retrieve Schism in case it got blasted.
I like your opinions on this deck. My list is a little different, because I squeezed in dragoon, but it’s my main deck, so I like to keep up on what others are doing with it. You’re a treasure to the yugioh community.

10:15 or you can just summon winda and summon aliester or activate nadir servent and bait out the bow so you can attack with winda

Hey. I love the logic behind the list but i don't have drops or the pots, also I wanted to ask you when to side out or keep the TTT?
Always keep talents imo
You can run pot of desires instead and consider playing 3x invocation. People did that all the times and desires is very cheap. Droplets can be changed to any other utility card or you can just run more 3 ofs, if you go with desires. Also droplets get a reprint in early december.
What happened to cross sheep?
Haven't been playing for 2 years and am starting a comeback because of master duel.
If I don’t have droplets can I run crossout to help protect my searchers resolving? I managed to pull 4 crossout in a single case so I have those laying around but no droplet. Plus ash is always a good target for it, also inperm
Interesting to see a different deck guide, I do play pure Shaddoll because I can’t afford cards for other engines but maybe I’ll look into them again soon! Love the vid as usual haha, but I feel it shoulda been named a deckbuilding/tips and tricks guide as opposed to a normal more beginner focussed guide
2 questions/requests…1. Can you please try to upload games you play? You have a lot of tips and tricks throughout your various vids and how to be a smart player, but seeing general routine interactions and typical example hands/plays would benefit me a lot! And 2. Does sky striker: multi role still get its spell speed 4 protection effect if I trigger a quick effect of the card I target to be used? Like if I target raye with multiroll and chain rayes effect to tribute (like the trick with area zero and raye) would I still get multi rolls effect? Thanks

Great video but I think I would’ve enjoyed a little bit more of a technical play, like how often to side backrow hate sincd we lose to IO and anti-spell, went to side out maximus, etc

In have a shaddoll deck. Abs I love it. I am slowly getting prices for me to try this type of build since it does seem pretty popular. And likely I will run into it. This is great.

I actually love resh shaddoll incarnation and hedgehog to search schism, aleister + shaddoll fusion + squamata will equal mechaba, DPE and schism which is insanely consistent :)

wendi / squamata is not a brick 1st turn, just search schism with al capone and discard wendi / squamata

I don‘t understand why you play Artemis as well as almiraj and secure gardna. Wouldn’t it be better to replace artemis with something like cross sheep or anaconda?
Dpe is too good not to play imo and 2/3 of the dogmatika are free ss into verde the shaddoll deck is so brick the non existent way has a lot of benefits in making the decks go first optimal while your version does get the fusion for going 2nd
I love this video. Tell me man, can I play a traditional dino deck with a small shaddoll engine? With a hand trap count close to 14 or so. Would you consider that s decent deck?

Ik this is an old video but I’m just curious how not having any shaddoll cards at all in the main except for schism works. Ik ndor dumps from the grave but I feel like it would be too slow to be able to load the grave to bring out the winds. But I am nooby 😂😂
When the new structure deck comes out can albaz replace shaddoll?
If you only play schism in this deck how are u even getting your shadoll fusions out? Dont they need shaddoll monsters to be created, what am I missing?

I don’t agree with Maximus. I play a second copy of ecclesia. Maximus lets my opponent foolish burial two free cards from the extra deck, and with so many things have graveyard effects now, I just don’t see how it’s a positive. I realize this video is 7 months old, but people still play Maximus to this day and I just don’t get it
Quick question? How do you plan on resolving shaddoll fusion more than once wen you only have 2 main deck shaddolls?
You're only resolving it once but you're never just playing 1
shaddoll? I get what your going for but let's say your going 2nd you resolve shaddoll fusion. It goes into the grind game. And you top deck another 1 for turn, I then become a dead card. You know.
I would consider maybe playing more shaddoll. But to each is own. Ik that you have good knowledge of the game. And everyone is welcome to play and build there decks how ever they want. I respect that. Personally I like to play a larger shaddoll package. But I'm also playing El shaddoll fusion as well. With 2 of each of the good extra deck shaddolls which usually always come up for me. Eaither way I enjoyed your video. And I always appreciate your guide videos!

You should look into a despia dogmatika dolls version or invoked dogmatika dolls despia it’s gunna be fire when despia gets their melt down
Maybe he can do Despia variants of the deck IF and WHEN Despia actually ever does anything worth talking about. For now DIS is still king and Despia is the new baby brother that just cries and poops it's diapers.

Why would you run artemis and almiraj/ gardna? Dont they do the same thing
You can easily trade it for a 2nd Apkallone but like it's never bad to have an extra way to plays late game especially for the mechaba in a simplified gamestate

I just paid a ton to get this deck and have a bit too many options (and no Xtra deck space) thats why I wanna perfect it :)

Nice video, however I have a little complain: if you're doing a guide, it's supposed to be a guide for those that don't know the deck. So you should go a bit more inside the mechanics AND the effects of the cards. Even just showing them in the video (writing them or showing from Edopro screen), so people that don't know the deck and don't know those cards can read the effects and understand what you're speaking about without the need of going on google and searching for the effect of every single card you're showing (also because sometime the images that you show us are not perfectly in focus and/or big enough, so it is not so easy to read the effect from the video)
I disagree. The video would be way too long if he read every single card, and if you’re interested in picking up the deck, you can look up the core cards and see what they do.
@@Harmonic14 Explaining some core engine cards literally takes less than 5-6 minutes. For an over 20 minutes video, that's a little add with a giant quality inprovement.
I never understood why invoked is mentioned first ... if Shaddoll is used first you can abreviate it with "Shid" making it way less of a bother to say
lets be honest, invoked shaddoll without dogmatika is just the budget version of the one that includes dogm. the consistency of the former is much worse
Not necessarily. You also have more room to play techs like DPE
I feel like Shaddoll Fusion is just way too good for your opponent playing the game. Kinda unfair to go +2/3, for them just playing an extra deck monster.
