    Our first recipe video from Chef Chris Cosentino is his playful Braised Wagyu Cheeks with Multigrain Porridge.
    “Cows are always chewing,” he says. “Because the cheeks are constantly moving, they have that intensity.” This recipe showcases the depth of flavour in the cheeks, balancing the richness with bitter, sour and umami notes.
    “The cheeks are served over a multigrain porridge made with the grains that the cow eats, ground up and cooked out slowly,” says Chris. “I think that’s a fun one for folks. It’s that connectivity between the animal and its feed.”
