What's missing is that hardwork with focused attention in one direction solely cannot lead to success.
For achievement of comparatively better socio-economic conditions than the rest, you need to perform better than others in a particular niche of an industry catering specific segment of market with a customer base of purchasing power who can afford to exchange your offered product or service, an amount that can justify your value and keep you motivated to maintain your efforts.
For better performance, you need to be connected with key performers of your particular and other industries i.e. Network.
Second, you need to have the Aptitude required to perform tasks of your selected career option.
One route is to directly become a part of such performers (what Ritesh did)
Another is to acquire the knowledge in an organized and concise manner through other sources of learning i.e. course in offline academic institution, library or internet (text, audio, AV content).
Of course, if you're actually serious at an early age alongwith guided by right sources (through teacher/mentor/content by such performers), you get an overall picture of the whole socio-economic environmnet, an ecosystem where everything is interdependent.
Your sole action isn't enough, environmental factors should also turn out in your favor.
All such knowledge can be definitely gained without attending academics.
After a certain level, your network provides leads-connections with key decision-makers, clients.
Coming back to Ritesh's case, he opted for the first route, which he pursued by applying for and winning the Thiel fellowship of $1,00,000 or around Rs. 70 Lakh back in time.

Why is this video making so sense? I have seen people in my family, who never had a career, was into d r u g s, had nothing to loose, they put effort into one thing and made business out of it, they had no fear of losing, as they had nothing to loose in the first place, the thing is in their child hood people used to scold them to extinction. Now they pass opinion on educated morons like us, and we have to bow to them, money and power definitely speaks in his case.

I don't think that they get brand deals from India but they earn a lot of money through super chats, subscriptions, Adsense, etc. There are many fake Pakistani RUclips reaction channels. When you search on RUclips by typing XYZ exposed, you will come to know how those Pakistanis have been deceiving gullible Indian audiences for quite a long period.

All the people in this world except for a few exceptions have achieved success in the materialistic world only when they had a definite thing to achieve and full belief in it (that the thing will happen for sure no matter how).
Suppose you leave your home to go somewhere and you don't have any definite destination to reach, then where will you land up? You will continue to roam here and there forever but when you have a definite destination, it's then only that you reach that place. Achieving success is absolutely the same.
