Ha ha it's so self explanatory bro, that means it is hidden fron humans naked eyes to tell if the baby is girl or boy by just looking at the pregnant lady. Ofcourse you will know from a scan or ultra sound that's medical advancement. Like Allah says birth and death is decided by him but you go to a doc and if you have certain disease doctor will tell you how long u have left to live or u will be cured does it mean doctor knows the future? No he predicts through symptom n expertise on the case.
