Hey batala🩷, it was my birthday today and I wasn’t feeling the best mentally, I’m officially one year older but I don’t feel like it, I feel like since covid hit I was trapped and I wasn’t able to grow or learn anything, I am now officially 16 but I still feel like I’m 13 again, I wish I could experience being 13 again lmao, getting old is scary but this ASMR really helped me calm down. I feel this, my birthday was a few months ago I’m now dubbed as a legal “Adult” but I don’t feel like it whatsoever. I still feel like I’m 14 as Covid hit and kind of left me mentally back in 8th grade (ripped everyone out of school and into online learning just before middle school graduation). Heading to college in about a year now and I don’t really act my age- I don’t think I’m ready. Just wanted to let you know you’re not alone in this! Hope you’re doing better now man.

Thank you so much I'm going through an extremely difficult time with the loss of my mom my service Dog Stuart and my partner left me. All this happened in a little over a month. I'm extremely depressed and completely alone I have zero family and friends some days i drink alcohol to numb the pain or balling my eyes out all day. I don't know what it is about the tapping, it helps relax me so I can get some sleep that I badly need.
