Hey Louis good review Bud! Was there much of a temperature differential between this unit and your instant read thermometer? Smartro sent me a couple of these also. Looks like a quality unit. However, was it really reading 15° from the Thermapen? Well, then it doesn't seem like quality unit, or the Thermapen doesn't.
