There's only so much you can do in 10 minutes without talking or using props. He's meant to entertain mostly kids. Obviously it gets repetitive if you watch it over and over

All of that is funny. He’s super funny. Unless one has some dull brain that disengages without constant change you can find similar things funny.
Something being similar to something else doesn’t make it not funny.
