    You are not accurately describing what is going on. To someone who is untrained in 1H NMR, you seem like you know what you are saying, but it is littered with inaccuracies

    Thank you for an amazing lecture series.
    Question: in clinical application MRS lactate peak is at at 1.3 ppm which overlaps with lipid peak at high TE
    When short TE is used, however the lactate peak inverts
    Couldn’t find the explanation in this video nor the one on J coupling
    Can you please explain why this happens

    first of all.. thank you for making such an amazing video.. helped me a lot.. well I have a question if you will ans .. that would be very generous of you.. well in T1 relaxation there is loss of energy in the form of heat.. if someone is performing this process in a food article or human body.. this heat will obviously be a problem.. how much is the heat dessipated and why is there no mention of it anywhere ??
