Andre deserves some kind of a science education award/recognition. He has helped so many students get over their discouragement while trying to understand complicated concepts (for which they probably pay a hefty tuition for). He's paved the way for so many students to succeed which at this point is affecting scientific advancement in near future, I am sure.
The butterfly effect :D Recognition for sure! I promoted his channel in on of my own videos, but yes indeed, he deserves more broad attention, from some sort of 'official educational institution'... I wanted to buy a shirt to wear in one of my own videos, but no shipping to Belgium :p too expensive :(
@@AKLECTURES Literally the greatest. Bought one of your shirts and I wear it to my exams. Can't put into words the amount of help you've offered in my studies. I give you credit every time the occasion presents itself. Thank you
I remember using some of the older videos to study for MCAT. Amazing breadth of knowledge. Now starting residency this summer. Looks as if you are too. Great job getting through medical school while still pumping out videos. rock on!
@tesfayeicon You are the person who made the hard one of physiology ,physic , biochemistry to the easy one. you are the best lecturer I ever met. keep going for the better world of science. blessed you Andrey K
just in case you look at your comment section - i wouldn't have passed my biochemistry degree without you, keep up the good work. i keep coming back to your videos now that i'm doing my immunology masters degree. you rock!
Thats incredible, thank you for your kind words! Wonderful that my content helped you with your biochem degree! Good luck with immunology, its a tough cookie!
Your videos helped me throughout the 4 years of university, i graduated last months with very good gpa thanks to god and your videos :) Your videos are 10 times better than lecturers i took classes with.
Best youtube channel on earth. King of the teachers. Thank you for all the hours you put into this. It'll be great if you start to teach medical tutorials as well.

Thank you so much, AKLectures! I just took the MCAT a few weeks ago, and your videos were among my most helpful resources. You're a gifted teacher, and I'm sure you will be a wonderful doctor.

Thank you very much for this overview. One tiny remark: I think that contraction of the m.ciliaris will make the lens more globular, due to the elasticity of the lens and the relaxation of the bands around the lens as a result of the shortening of the m.ciliaris.This will improve near vision, could be explained for animals to better see what they can eat, so in parasympathetic “situations” Paralysis of the ciliaris by atropine or in sympathic “situations” (fight or flight) will flatten the lens for better far vision as well as mydriasis for better side vision . My compliments for your didactic capacity!,
Q1/Hormones can be divided into two groups on the basis of where they function in a target cell. The first group includes hormones that interact with receptors at the cell surface. Polypeptide hormones (signaling hormone). The second group includes hormones that can enter cells.(hormones bind to intracellular receptors that function in the nucleus of the target cell ) which called (Classic hormones ). A/Enumerate 3 example of hormone do not meet that strict definition behave both as classical hormones and signaling hormone and explain their mode of action. B/what are the secreted molecule meet the criteria of classic hormone but they are not hormones? Explain their mode of action.
I just remembered you. Brother, you are doing a great job. Your lectures helped me a lot in 2019 for my sophomore exams. If you wouldn't be making videos I would not have gotten inspiration and structure for studying. Alhumdullilah, I had some of your videos downloaded before the communication blackout. I didn't wholely studied from your as i had few videos only but it helped me getting started. Thankyou:-). Love from Kashmir 💚
