I just bought this phone for work,, I want to pair with my hearing aids which are Bluetooth capable.. It's been a bit of a nightmare finding a phone...hopefully this will work ok. You video is very straight forward and clear. A very good job!
Hi Kevin, I have the IP8945G and having a tough time on figuring out how to change our "Directory" of names. We have it set to push "2" to get the sales department and then when the caller pushes "2", they get a list of names with extensions. I want to change these list of names.

In my office, we have two phones with the same number that my boss and I share. I want to know, when I pick up my phone, how do I transfer the call over to his? I tried the normal way, but since both phones use the same number, it just sends it to voice mail. Help me please!

These are a nightmare at my company everyone ends up slamming the phone on the display .

try to put on hold instead. Only use transfer if you and your boss using the different number.
You do not mention the headset manufacturer and model number
It's a Blueparrot B250 XT. Hope this helps.
