Fassos used to come to my school sports events back in 2015 or something in pune
As experienced... Its very hard to make profit in cloud kitchen..... You may invest less in setup... But you have to invest again N again in delivering... Its costlier than ur setup cost..... And if u relay on zomato N swiggy for dilvery they almost eat 22-25% as commission.... And once in a while force you to give foods on discounts so that they can have more customers to come in..... Its a game of risk... Very hard to be in profitable position by running a cloud kitchen....
Faasos quality has gone down over the days. And the discounts have disappeared too. The new restaurants are more and more expensive. Only the original Faasos is affordable for regular ordering but even their taste and quality has reduced.
Mandarin, Berhouz, Firangi Bake are way way expensive then other restaurants serving the same dish.
