My theory: That "volcano monster" is a Legendary-type monster as Shugabush is, and just like him the new monster has to be breed in an island (Earth island) and then teleported to Tribal Island. There, we could teleport some monsters (Pom-Pom, Furcor, Entbrat...) to this island to combine them with that Volcano monster to get new tribal monsters (like Shugabox, Shugabeats, Shugarock in Shugabush island).
