If both lanes had pulled into their own side you could of travelled up the middle which is what you intended to do. As for reaching the hospital unbelievable that drives dint stop at that crossing to allow you to enter. But again a great video showing your amazing skills in a city full of traffic. very normal in asian countries. in the Philippines firetrucks even counrerflow on big 4 lane avenues facing traffic because they know it will get them to their destination. fortunately, many Filipinos respect firetrucks more than ambulances so they move aside a lot quicker
Are you no longer doing the cycle escorts? You need to get a rumbler siren. Makes the siren highly effective when they wont move as it uses low frequency tones to shake the car ahead of you.

wow the traffic was so bad you had to drive on to on coming traffic which is kind of dangerous but it was kind of effective.
