    I used to spend much of my youth in that small town. Jumping off that pier, swimming around those rocks, and grabbing some cozze under that water. Great memories.

    Can you walk to the sea from the town? And can you get to San Vito Chietino by train? When I was in Pescara last year, it seemed that there was no public transport to San Vito.

      Thanks for asking! Well yes, you can go down to the sea by foot, there are stairs, I didn't film that part.
      I went there by train from pescara. Last year and this year there is the special Trabocchi Line that has wagons for bikes. So I took my bike and I went to Ortona first and then to San Vito Chietino.

      @@walkinginAbruzzo Thank you! I wonder if that rail line is seasonal. In any case, it's good to know that there are some public transport options, at least some of the time.
