Actually not VR, but I use a program/hardware called trackIR which sorta does the same thing by tracking the motion of my headset and using that to point the camera. I prefer it for flight sims in general because I can still see my hotas/keyboard
Star Wars gamer fans: -asks for a proper x-wing sequel- Disney/Lucasarts: Nah... we'll give you arcade bullshit that just looks pretty. Mods for x-wing alliance are better than this.
I feel like you have not thoroughly experienced any aspect of the game if you’re gonna call it some generic arcade bullcrap. There are a lot of different mechanics in this game’s flying that separate it from other dogfight games. And honestly, with something like this accompanied with a mediocre campaign that’s only $40, this is pretty good
@@malnourishedman7192 they are just hating on it for the sake of hating it, because its "Disney" anyone who actually plays this game knows its not an arcade shooter.
Love the way they simulate the whole wing rotating over the cockpit so accurately!
That's a cute bunny thing on the right side~
Lol it's called a TaunTaun, and believe it or not it's a species of lizard technically. StarWars can get weird with the flora and fauna haha
Nice game play and good flying skills I might ad.
Smooth skills, and keeping on targets.
What VR headset are you using here? I may have to get one! 😀
How do you free look around in the cockpit?
I use a trackIr trackclip pro head tracker. So the camera follows my head in real life. Sort of like VR on a flat screen
The game doesn't have padlock view that I could find.
I'm using trackir for head tracking.
I bet he is playing on vr

Why would these starships fight in the atmosphere?
Cuz it's cool and makes for a gorgeous skybox

The characters and voiceovers are horrendous, Disneyland rubbish. Game looks nice though.
