“The only way out is through” on my soul I will not back out and will make it all the way through winter and be a better, more focused person. I’ll remember this quote forever.
Winter Arc was every year hard time for me…. 😮 Nowadays it's one of my favorite parts of the year... No one outside for attention either to present themselves! That's only you surrendered by darkness, cold, rain, snow, and your inner feeling to give up... 😮Now I understand that's what's necessary to keep me on track and alive... Surviving Winter arc makes you unbreakable and resilient ❤
thanks pro , This video is truly inspiring! I completely resonate with the idea of the 'Winter Arc' - the harsh winter is not just a challenge, but also an opportunity to reflect and overcome ourselves. Not everyone dares to face difficult times, but this is when we can build true resilience and strength.
I am and shall ever be the Storm of Winter BORN 11 DAYS BEFORE YOU LORD JESUS CHRIST ! REMEMBER I AM THE EYE OF THE DECEMBER STORM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BEGING'S OF LIFE ADX8🌪🫂🌪💯♠️
I wrote winter on my arm last night so i wouldnt forget to research today but these videos are here without my even looking for it. Something is coming.
We Capricorn’s we’re born for this ! Starts with us and it ends with us! We build under pressure everyday of our life. Keep pushing it’s you against you! We sleep when we die !
So I used to do cargo aviation for a sub contract company for Amazon and let me tell you. Those nights and cold fucking morning would make you or break you. So I loaded and ran Boeing 767 300 and 200 cargo planes. We had to load flights and let me tell you this shit isn’t light weight. 300,000lbs loaded on planes under a hour is more work than you think. No room for small error correction no room for last minute calls, everything had to be perfect. If it’s raining and your fingers are so cold that you can’t move them? Go home this ain’t for you. I was at Baltimore Washington international airport where I started my long career as a ramp agent. I started off in the early summer of June, learning how to drive tugs and bring them to the plane correctly and load them onto a K-Loader. They would bring up these aluminum can that were called ULD’s I forgot what the acronym stood for because it’s been so long. Long story short you have a tug that’s pulling over 10,000 pounds and each ULD weighs no less than 1200 pounds and you’re pulling four dollies with these ULD’s on them. And our tugs didn’t have no roof so if it was raining outside, you’re driving in the rain and cold rain. You better have some good ass gear to keep you warm and protected, but even us that spent all of money on our gear, still got cold as fuck due to the concrete on the ground increases The weather temperature around you if it’s hotter or colder. If it was 22 degrees outside. That plane still needs to be loaded. Oh and you also have someone that’s called a load planner where each ULD has to be loaded correctly into the plane or the plane will not either get off the ground properly and could potentially crash. A verifier is someone that stays on the plane verifying each can that goes into the plane correctly. Once the flight is done you will come back down to the load planner and verify each can with the load planner to make sure every ULD is loaded correctly if there was one can marked incorrectly, where it wasn’t supposed to be. You have to unload the whole flight and lose your time to departure from the gate and you can potentially lose your job that night. You do not tell a pilot when it’s time to go that pilot will leave on time he needs to be, and if he cannot leave on time, it will cost you your job. We got to a point where it was so cold outside people stop showing up to work and I was the only one maybe six of us men to a flight versus us used to having 15 people to a flight and we had at least six flights a night and when I first started, I had some moments where it broke me down mentally fighting with grown men to do a job correctly and arguing with lazy people to get their job done. I got to a point where I was calling shots and people thought I was a supervisor, but I was still a ramp agent, trying to get the job done and the job right out of my first three months I was quickly motivated and promoted to a lead agent, and after my two months in being a lead agent, I was already about to get a promotion to be a supervisor making almost 30 an hour running flights. I used to have grown folks clown me saying I was a kiss ass because I always wanted a job done and right on time where I had grown get ass men just didn’t give a fuck about the job and they were only there for a check. I was only 21 years old battling with 30 year-old men and older. I had my managers and my supervisor’s vouch for me every time something bad happened. I was getting offers to go to other stations all because I put in that hard work and I never let the weather bother me or people bother me at all. It really was the winter arc that helped me so much more and now at 27 I no longer work in the aviation industry due to life situations especially after my mother passed away and now I’m going into construction working with heavy equipment for my local 77 union i’ve always had the dog in me. It never leave as long as you keep it fed…. I’ll see yall in the spring.
Lock in The Skibidie Toilets are not gonna flush themselves you need to be the rizzer, not the one getting rizzed. You need to show them why you belong in Ohio, those that show their gaytts cannot become fanumtax overnight. So you gotta choose if you wanna be the Hawk or the Tuah. LOCK IN
