Apart from these solos, rapline members have their solo mixtapes, RM has 2 mixtapes, 'RM' released in 2015 and 'Mono' which was released in 2018. Yeah spine breaker the song was released in 2014 but the music video is from 2017 (when they were on tour for their “Wings” album which came out in 2016). Wings is also the album that has the first solo songs on it - so you can get to Blood sweat and Tears and the solo songs etc when you reach around chapter 12 on Rise of Bangtan :)

Jin was not talking about their jackets in Blood, Sweat & Tears MV. He was talking abt the jackets they wore during their stage performance for BS&T at their Wings Concert (they were in Chile for their Wings Concert in 2017. For your info, they did get their wish to produce/direct their own MV - in 2020, Jung Kook directed the Official BTS MV for Life Goes On.
By the way, BS&T music video is part of BU.
Song is from their early album... School love affair 2014... And they made the mv in 2017...

I've just watched a documentary on this specific subject. Kids in Korean are particularly fashion obsessed on high-end brands so much so that they are literally shunned if they don't keep up with the latest trend. The pressure is so high that you would do anything to fit in even pestering your parents to give in although you know they can barely put food on the table. A french international exchange student recalled being snobbed and laughed at by Korean classmates because she was not dressed in Chanel and Louis Vuitton. You are really stared at if you look "poor" and treated accordingly. It's a very serious matter in kids school life and the pressure to look like everyone else is massive so RM referring to that dawn puffy coat is no joke. Even people in their 20s will go into massive debts to be seen with a 4k Louis Vuitton or 10k Hermès handbag. It's called "keeping face" and it's an intrinsic part of Asian culture, of course it's not everybody but it's part of the culture. Seeing Jimin in bed with that Chanel coat and pearls, V playing the "poor" and Jin's Oscar's worthy choreo got me 🤣 though it's not funny 😔

For each album, they put out one of the guys is in charge of visuals. Tae was in charge of the last one... Butter, Dynamite, Permission to dance - where he had them do sign language, and of course, you saw all the pastel colors he used. He and Jimin have MBAs in marketing. Jimin is in charge of the coming album visuals. It's so cool to see their creativity used and they grow through the process. Once again you can see Jimin pitching for V to be stylist... I can't wait for you to check out their fight over rehearsal dumplings and making up videos. Jimin wrote the song about it "Friends" in a Marvel movie, and V wrote 4 o'clock after they forgave each other. RM always says V/Jimin will cover for each other even it one is guilty they stick up for each other.

I really like that you show all aspects of the song/MV in the one video. Much appreciated. BTS did produce their own MV in "Life Goes On" just in 2020. I believe Jungkook directed that one. Not the funny antics as in Spine Breaker, but it's a great MV to help us through the pandemic when we needed it.
