We know that the Dogon had a river crossing in their history of migration. And the Tellem lived in the area before them. Sadly this interview is not reliable as a piece of research, and poorly done. I felt awful for the Hogon whose name we never learn, whose knowledge and stories we never hear.

I, myself work on West African cultures and customary law. Peoples of West African share the same beliefs, traditions and laws, be they Bambara, Wolof, Mandings, Ga, Adja,.., with some variations.
