No it doesn’t bro what the heck are you saying? Lack of trauma naturally creates healthy habits because we believe we deserve to feel loved so we treat ourselves with respect if we do not feel like it’s healthy then we do not do it so no need to force ourselves to

Sorry it just bothers me there is no such thing as good or bad behaviour . This is the stuff that causes complex trauma. We desire to do things we desire to do as a way to communicate with us if it aligns or not with us. There is no need to force ourselves to do anything which we do not feel the desire to do because it does not align with us at this time so yeah it irritates me to see how this mentality exists how I see it with trauma or complex trauma it hurts it really really really hurts to see it really does cheers all the best here Cheers

It’s natural law, self preservation. ODD is when this instinct to protect the self has gone into overdrive and become dysfunctional and ends up hurting the self! I was on my way to ODD, but I am now starting to find healthy people to connect to and ditching the ones with patterns of abuse.

@AncientIntegrations, it's a valid point you make. But may I point out your use of "we're being coached."
Society is one generation away from a total makeover based on what one generation believes to be true. It's possible our generation will be the cycle breakers, especially if it's widespread enough to use words like "we" instead of "I'm."
On the flip side, if you're convinced that it's impossible to break the cycle in yourself because of what everyone else is doing, all personal agency within you will die and be replaced by blame shifting and bitterness.

I still haven't watched the video.
But when I read the title the question that pop up in my mind was... "How did I use my personal authority in my life."
Authority as daughter, sister, wife and mother.
This days when we say "authority" we straight away think about outside "authority" and by that we give away OURS without knowing.
Today, as well the system is set up to antagonise people.
When you are in "rage" you don't have space/time to think and create for yourself and the people that you love and respect. Everything that outside authority wish for.
So... don't rage... revenge... by being your best self and protecting yourself and the one that you love.

The authority issue is based on people's experiences with authorities in family, community or state system. The authoritarian system creates tacticts and policy to get rid of vulnerable people and makes their situation worse. That is why in a human history you will find stories about authorities killing, stigmatising people via agendas to gain more power, money from. It is still going on in a hidden way even in the so-called democratic countries. Antisocial behaviour is typical not only for the person ( personality disorder) but also for an authoritarian system, mafia state led or operated by narcissistic leaders, politicians and groups of certain interests creating policies based on inequality, breaking human rights, criminal activities and one way power.

Yes, but they don’t like to talk about THAT part, they just want individuals to submit no matter what. The relationship between humans and authority is complex and multifaceted, influenced by various factors such as culture, societal norms, historical context, and individual experiences. Generally, authority refers to the power or influence wielded by individuals, institutions, or systems to command obedience, enforce rules, and make decisions that affect others.
Humans' relationship to authority can vary widely depending on their roles, experiences, and perceptions. Some individuals may view authority figures, such as government leaders, law enforcement officers, or religious leaders, as legitimate sources of guidance and protection. They may willingly comply with rules and regulations established by authority figures, perceiving them as necessary for maintaining order and stability in society.
On the other hand, others may question or challenge authority, particularly when they perceive it as unjust, oppressive, or illegitimate. This skepticism or resistance to authority can stem from a variety of factors, including past experiences of abuse of power, perceived inequalities, or ideological differences.
Overall, the human relationship to authority is dynamic and shaped by a complex interplay of factors, including trust, legitimacy, accountability, and individual autonomy. It reflects the ongoing negotiation between individuals and the institutions or systems that wield power and influence in society.

Ahhh, but you see, once they decide it’s a *disorder* they can now demonise the individual, force them into taking ‘prescriptions’ to enforce certain behaviour ‘modifications’ and abusive, controlling parents can also do a lot more to their offspring because they have the *sanctions* of a ‘professional’ diagnosis. Read into the history of ‘psychiatry’ and research how many bogus ‘diagnoses’ the industry has spawned in the past- they even created a diagnosis for slaves that *wanted their freedom*…. Wonderful tool for societal control.
