This is our very first review of a land parcel development, which means customers will be buying their very own land as their canvas to build their own dream home. The concept alone is so different from what we are used to all these while, hence the target audience for such products are specific too.
This project is a 10 mins drive away from Nilai town, which is developing rapidly. Owners get to enjoy all the convenience from grocers, to F&B, to entertainment and etc. At the same time enjoying that absolute privacy and serenity at their own home. If required, it takes around 45 mins to reach KL City Center.
The charm of the site would be that orchard living experience, specifically the durian trees that are planted across the development. Also, the entire project comes with ready built infrastructure, clubhouse, and security facilities. That would be the main difference between other individual land developments around.
However, I wish that the entrance could be more elaborated. I also curious to see how would the management hand over the common areas to the residents in the future.

This project is suitable for the T20's who wants to feel like they want to balik kampung but you don't have kampung anyhow.

In the heart of Iskandar Malaysia, Johor we have similar property concept like this. It's called Leisure Farm.. I would love to see if you have any chance to cover that in your next video.

Nice change from the usual built properties. There were many similar projects during that time. For those who are not really loaded, one can find many neglected/failed projects around. I have found mine in Raub, a friend found theirs in Tapah, another in Malacca. There are yet many more similar cases although some are just not lots in such projects but made to become one's own haven. Truth be told, this is not for everyone but if you have what it takes, it is just heaven on earth. Work within your budget and capability.

Suggestion of improvement. Put the property reviews according to city e.g. playlist for KL, JB, Pinang, and other city. That easy for the audience look for the city property they interested.

i am 33 year old..bought a 10k sft banglo land just 7 mins away from this place ...pajam college heights garden resort..rm 250k only...ready infra tnb n water n indah water n guarded security...built a home for rm 300k banglo using 100% loan from goverment LPPSA...
dam how rich must u be to forgot that i bought a land long ago.

I'm not too sure but I don't think it will work. You'll still need to tap into the electricity, sewerage and water.

It's the old trunk road from Nilai to Seremban. Around 10 minutes drive from Nilai toll. Actually it takes around 30 minutes to reach Sg. Besi toll fron The Planters Haven. I passed by this place occasionally.
U need at least 30mil to stay there. Building your own mansion to maintaining it.

Does anyone have a comment about the Youth City project? The project recently hired a lot of influencers, to make a promo for them. But what I know, this project already selling for years. and until now still asking the influencer to do ads for their project
Simple question and answer, how many local residents stay in nilai and why they want to choose to stay in condominium? If you are uni student s with cars, will you choose this place to stay? If students without cars. Will you? Do a workinf adults like crews or airline stewardess will choose to stay in this area? Bay in mind it has 3300 units there ya..

HI IHERNG, ive watched ur video about the 8 conlay. And recently 8 conlays project has been suspended, even a listed company can also be bankrupt. Do you have any ideas or tips for home buyers to be more aware and avoid those uncertainty? Does it mean we can't trust any developers anymore? They can just suspend the project and as a buyer, the loan will be ours to bear 🥲
