I think I’m mostly interested in what they are going to do with Vlad. He lost everything at the end of the series. Will he change for the better, or does he have another ulterior motive.
It'll be interesting to see how they handle him! I definitely thought he died tbh
@@offbeatkiki I can see that. Though interestingly enough we know in "The Ultimate Enemy" that in an alternate timeline where Vlad also loses everything eventually led to him being a better person. Since Evil Danny is coming back maybe something similar will happen here.
This is probably kind of off topic but I'm really interested of how they'll portray Sam's and Danny's relationship in the book

I haven't seen Danny Phantom in like 8 years. But after hearing this, I'm definitely going to have to watch the whole series!
I always thought a comic was the perfect way to continue Danny Phantom! Wild that it's taken this long.
I remember once browsing RUclips in 2010 seeing a video that might've been some fan made sequel series (or a concept video for one) which was a slideshow of recolored DP characters labeled as "new characters" and my 8 year old self thought it was a real series from Nickelodeon
I'm glad that 12 years later my dream of getting more official Danny Phantom content (that isn't a 2 minute short meant to promote a show that lasted a single season) has finally become reality.

Dan was kept in Clockwork's lair in some room. As for Vlad, Clockwork could have potentially rescued him because he knew only Vlad and Danny could stop Dan, and it would make sense since Vlad would only know of Dan's existence if Clockwork told him.
Danny & Vlad VS Dan.. the dream battle is finally becoming reality... I am SO. HYPED!

I’ve literally brought a new Danny Phantom Tshirt and a keychain yesterday and already we’ve FINALLY got new DP news OMG yes 👏😁!!! I’ve been waiting for a long time for this especially for my boy Danny to have his own superhero graphic novel or comic book one day, I legitimately can’t wait.
I don't have high hopes for it. I doubt they'll explain how Vlad survived, and I bet they'll retcon Danny and Sam's relationship into a "will they, won't they?" drama.
It's supposed to happen right after Phantom Planet so I hope we just get to see them in love for once!

This is wicked! I definitely want to know what happens in the comic, but I also want the show to start airing again! Butch Hartman loves doing future Danny things. I’m curious to see if any of that ends up in this graphic novel. Or as I just came up with… Phantovel! I’m a genius!
It doesn't seem butch is apart of this so I'm excited
In the show they stated that sometimes random ghost portals can pop up and take people through the zone, or through time. One pops up just in time for Vlad to get away from the disasteriod and he's sent to some place where he finds evil Dan. Maybe he goes to Clockwork's lair where he makes the mistake of letting Evil Dan go and that's how he learns about him, how Evil Dan got free, and using Clockwork's power he gets back to earth to warn Danny. Using the rules the show set up, that's how I would guess they do it.
Really interested to see how this handles Vlad since while the moment is comedic, he did get hit full on by a giant meteor
