One of the most handsome men to have ever existed in Hollywood. Talent and charisma to match.... and I'm surmising one of the nicest, as I've never heard a bad word said of him. Remained charming and handsome up to his last days.
@@CollidePress Exactly! Dignity, humor, integrity. He handled an ugly threat and turned it into a master class in coming out. So happy he made it through the terrible epidemic.
Beauty is skin deep... NO! Real beauty is skin, of course, but charm, charisma and talent age like fine wine. And nobody made me thirstier than Tab, back in the day.😋Thanks for this one, a 10+, Clint.
Tab Hunter was an accomplished horseman and maintained a stable of hunter/jumpers. I watched him compete on one of his horses in a hunter-over-fences class where he won first prize with a clean go.
The iconic and photogenic Tab Hunter always gave good face with that ideal bone structure that was accommodating to a brilliant flash of a smile! He really did represent an era of American culture!
He was such a handsome man with a killer smile. You had so many photos that I enjoyed seeing. While I've seen many pictures of Tab over the years, I do not think I ever had seen photos of him with the longish curls or pompadours hairstyle. Maybe that was when he ws younger? All of the photos I recall were with blond hair fairly conservatively cut/styled in sort of a longish ivy league style or a crewcut. Anyway, he was handsome with any style. Some were just new to me.
He was gorgeous and also aged so well! We should all be so lucky! Loved the choice of music. Sounded like Henry Maccini at times. Would love to see one like this solely devoted to RICHARD CHAMBERLAIN!!!❤
0:33 Personally front of line every time.. but y'know, I watch the wrong movies. 3:15 You let the dog walk on my clean floor at home! (I'd know that look anywhere) 7:05 Tab was playing a guy out of his comfort zone with Gwen Verdon from Damn Yankees! (Pantyhose scene)....but man, he was playing that part from the heart!...I felt it too.
I haven't read the memoir, but I hope there's some mention of him and James Dean. If not more than friends, they seemed very fond of each other. Both such beautiful talents.
There are a few--including Ed Fury, Guy Madison, and Rock Hudson--in this playlist: ruclips.net/p/PLDznnPLlUZnv65Vt24xyerMNiaqW5JGwq If you have suggestions, I'm open to em. So many men, so little focus. ;-p
Would love to see the contents of the "After Dark" issue. Sometimes they had a tastefully done nude photo of featured celebrities, such as Rudolf Nureyev or Jan-Michael Vincent.
Divine was a drag performer most known for starring in John Waters' "underground" films. Not for everyone, but he was hilarious and originated the role Harvey Fierstein eventually played on Broadway in Hairspray. He died sadly in the late 1980s from a heart attack, just as he was starting to get mainstream success. Tab Hunter played Divine's husband in John Waters' Polyester. Crazy film but Tab looked like he had a blast making it...and even made another "western" with Divine before his passing. Seem like good friends.
WOW !! What an incredibly beautiful man !! The epitome of the “ ALL AMERICAN BOY “ of the 1950’s ! Born Arthur Andrew Klem and of German heritage. The German looks are evident in every photo ! Can highly recommend his autobiography book “ Tab Hunter Confidential “ Great reading ! His best movie was the early 1950’s movie “ Damn Yankees “ wonderful movie musical about Major League Baseball! Tab shines in the movie !! If you haven’t seen it, please do ! You will be amazed! Tab was always underrated in Hollywood. I think he was a fine actor !! Never could understand what Tab saw in Anthony Perkins ! That guy gives me the creeps to this day ! And it’s not just because of the Psycho “ movie. Just don’t like his voice or face !!👎 But perhaps he had other charms that appealed to Tab !!😂 Anyway, God Bless you Tab ! We all miss you !!!😊👍
He was not only beautiful, but so talented in A LOT of areas! Also, a wicked sense of humor.😂
So true. Love his outlook on Life.
@@CollidePress Fairmount--er, fairplay--would ask for a James Dean montage.
You got it @utubewater806...made one on Mr. Dean awhile back: ruclips.net/video/toIPjOUM_Vo/видео.htmlsi=D-5tPtrWP98MKZNZ

Tab was terrific and these shots are tops!
Thanks, TheVid! Cheers.
He was gorgeous.
Cheers Clint for your dedication to Tab. The best image was the sleepyhead one taken when he was young guy. Cheers DougT 🇫🇴
Thanks, Doug. Once I started, I fell in love with guy all over again. 🌈✌️
I had a huge crush on him when I was younger. Thank you for posting another great video! 😊
Same. Thanks, Jerry!
TABULOUS WAS FABULOUS in all his glory.
A-MEN!

Thanks to you as always!! 💙
Thank you too, Steve! Appreciate your kindness.
He just doesn't photograph badly! What a collection.
I never found a single photo I wouldn't have included. Hence the runtime. I'm a fan! :-)
That brought back some memories of youth. Thanks
Cheers, Jerome. Glad you enjoyed a trip down memory lane. :-)

Thanks, Steve. Agree 100%. Mr. Hunter was the total package. Such a charming, delightful man. Cheers!
Tab passed beautiful.👍⭐️⭐️

I believe he could have entered the Olympic games..doing his best.
I wasn't aware of his love of horses until I was doing photo research. So cool you got to see him compete in person!

At 1:49, I'm pretty sure that's Barbara Eden and Peter Brown from 'Ride the Wild Surf'.
Around 4.44 it looks like a different actor too.
Nope. That’s Tab. Shadow just makes his face look different. ✌️🌈
Oops. I guess I wanted to believe the caption was true I. Thanks for the ID.
He was a hottie👍👍💕💕
Most definitely...and a sweetheart too!

'NO RUNNING ON DECKS' Except when you want to chase TAB [Photo on deck round 4'50]
Haha. He did illicit some chases. :-)
Well done . Just wondering about the pic at 1: 43---the guy with Barbara Eden looks more like Peter Brown.
It is. Folks clocked it when it premiered. I was so excited Tab and Ms. Eden might've done a film together I didn't notice it wasn't...Tab. :-)
Be still, my beating heart. ❤❤❤
😍🥰❤️
Wow Thanks Clint James Dean looked like he was getting ready to kiss Tab in one photo

Not that I’ve seen. Only seen one purporting to be him, but looks fake to my eye.
