I got this from him too. I was the first buyer. He sent it to me painted up but disassembled as I requested but he shipped it in Styrofoam so it ended up glueing to the foam.
All of mines little hinges and balljoints have snapped off and the glue quit working so its just been on my desk all in pieces

Eh not necessarily when the shinomura is a collection of smaller organisms working together to form a larger one. That's the same concept as destroyah and hedorah. Megaguirus is just a giant radioactive dragonfly
They do look similar but Shinomura is a colony of smaller organisms and Megaguirus is a giant insect queen
Godzilla 2014 looks like the ps4 godzilla 2014.
If I remember correctly the PS4 model was a 3d-scanned SHMA 2014
So my Body says it looks likes The ps4 3d modle
Just curious, does this guy still have the ball joints that were originally on the tail, or did you replace those with the model ball joints like the wings and arms?

How long do you use the hair dryer on the paint to dry it up?
Depends on the paint. You can usually tell with acrylics once the wet shine is taken off, then it's usually good to the touch. You'll still have to give it 24hrs to make sure it's fully cured though.
