OK I scanned the comments, and I don't see this. After they retired, Benny (the pianist) and Bjorn continued to write stuff, most famously the musical Chess. The musical is OK, but it has some incredible songs in it: Anthem, I Know Him So Well, Someone Else's Story.
Uh, yes, I turn 51 next year and this is an early memory as a child. Not particularly in the closed environment of US Pop of the time, this single nevertheless topped the Billboard Pop chart in 1976. And outside of the US (particularly in my native UK) they were leviathans who cleaned up; scoring 9 No.1 singles in Britain alone.
Welcome to the rabbit hole! Prepare to discover the incredible songs by the most iconic pop group in history (...no, I'm not overselling 'em. You'll see). Enjoy!

Hello! I just found your channel and enjoyed your reactions! I loved how you pointed out Benny's piano playing. He is indeed a Master. His partner and buddy, Bjorn creates the lyrics. Their work together spans decades. I will look forward to more reactions of their catalogue! Enjoy the journey!
I'm a now 59 years old man from Germany and ABBA were the heroes of my youth, maybe of my life. I even saw them live in 1979. It brings me to tears and fills my heart with joy seeing young people like you who discover and appreciate ABBA for what they were and will ever be: masters of perfect popmusic with outstanding melodies, arrangements and voices. Their music will survive everything. Thanks a lot for your videos.
I'm exactly your age and feel the same. But growing up in East Germany I was neither able to buy their records (but I recorded them secretly on cassette) nor to attend a concert of theirs while they were in their prime.
@@ingvarjensen1088 das ist spannend, die "andere Seite" mal zu hören (verstehe das bitte nicht falsch, ich meine das nicht abwertend). Glad you're having fun with ABBA, you should check out Gimme Gimme Gimme (A Man After Midnight) The official lyric video because it has the full track, although the shorter music video has hundreds of millions of views too.
THANK YOU !
OK I scanned the comments, and I don't see this. After they retired, Benny (the pianist) and Bjorn continued to write stuff, most famously the musical Chess. The musical is OK, but it has some incredible songs in it: Anthem, I Know Him So Well, Someone Else's Story.
summer 1976 in the uk this one xx
Uh, yes, I turn 51 next year and this is an early memory as a child. Not particularly in the closed environment of US Pop of the time, this single nevertheless topped the Billboard Pop chart in 1976. And outside of the US (particularly in my native UK) they were leviathans who cleaned up; scoring 9 No.1 singles in Britain alone.
Welcome to the rabbit hole! Prepare to discover the incredible songs by the most iconic pop group in history (...no, I'm not overselling 'em. You'll see). Enjoy!
Can u react winner takes it all by abba.. Most saddest song of abba..
ADDED!

Good stuff brother, appreciate you delving into older music.
👏👏👏
Subscribed, anybody that appreciates Benny's piano as much as you do deserves it. I'm the same.
The next 3 songs are S.O.S., Take a chance on me, Fernando.
DID SOS ALREADY !
Yes, I know. I just listed the next in order of popularity.
Nice to see your reaction to this epic popsong. You have so much to discover with ABBA and all four of them is worth diving into. They are amazing everyone. Greetings from sweden.
Some suggestions --> The Winner Takes It All (learn about the background first about Björn and Agnetha), When all is said and done (Fridas song, wow!), The Day Before You Came
To see Benny go all out on the piano you need to react to Chiquitita (official video) 😊
WILL DO !
Love your reaction!
Thank you!! 😁
Teenage Hip Hop fan discovers Abba & Disco music shock!! Refutes claim that he's lived under a rock..... :)
THANK YOU !
Please react to their up beat song "does your mother know" where it's a switch up with Bjorn taking lead and the girls on back up
WILL DO !
I'm glad you showed up on my search. That was a really great reaction to a really great song. Keep it up.

WOW , THANK YOU !
I'm exactly your age and feel the same. But growing up in East Germany I was neither able to buy their records (but I recorded them secretly on cassette) nor to attend a concert of theirs while they were in their prime.
If non already mention it, this song did they sing on a gala the evening before our King married to Silvia Sommerlath - now or Queen 🙂.
They was wearing dresses and fejk hair from the history. You should se that video also sometime 🙂.
That little spinet piano must be miked up to the max.
Just subscribed to your channel. Great..enjoying it! Looking forward to more ABBA reactions. Keep up the good work.)
Thanks for subbing
Another great piano player to check out is Elton John and his classic hit Tiny Dancer.
Sie singen zusammen über 3 Oktaven einfachen Wahnsinn.
I dont think there is another group that poured that much happiness into the world! Also the sad songs makes you happy somehow! Best form of musical escapism, especially nowadays.. 2 down, arround 123 to go lol. Try the name of the game, take a chance on me
