The next day after cleaning metal pressure filter, grounded coffee bean in dump container were dry. No more water standing in dump container. So cleaning filter did fix my problem.
Great Video but need help in aligning the mechanism in the Seaco Coffee machine to the Brew Unit that is in Neutral position. - After removing a Stuck Brew compartment & throughly cleaning it, & re-positioning the compartment to neutral position, the gear on the inside the Saeco Villa machine will not turn into the neutral position. I can no longer fit my brew unit back into the slot. Is there anything else that I can do????? I did the whole nine yards by placing the index card into the slot to engage the micro switch to switch on. The gear turns a little like it would normally but, the gear in the machine is still in the wrong position. Any further assistance appreciated.
Look at the notch i push at 4:47min of this video. Try unlocking the guides, grab the flat plate that dumps the coffee and push it up and down. Make sure it slides easily. Then try pushing the entire mechanism back in place so that notch clicks back in to place. The unit will not fit until it clicks in neutral position. If this does not help record short clip and send me link so I could see your problem.
After cleaning the brew section, my machine dispenses clear water intend of coffee, can you help me as to how I can fix this problem, I would really appreciated. Thanks
+Menka D I'm not Saeco repair man but from what you are saying I would watch my video again from 4:44 minute and make sure that all the moving parts are moving properly and that you lock that I push in at 4:47 is engaged, not pushed in. Make sure that all the moving parts are locked into their position after cleaning the unit. If you don't machine will not work properly. I hope this helps.
It worked! Thanks a lot, man! You're a genius!
You're welcome!

What kind of lubricant are you using ? I would like to buy something equal. Thx !
The lubricant was included with the Saeco machine. If you don't have it I would use regular silicon or other lubricant for plastic.
I think it is crucial to use a proper lube because of the fumes that can affect the coffe smell. Some people also prefer vaseline.Thx for your reply.
That one included with Saeco looks like clear vaseline so maybe that is the proper lubricant.
And did you use a coffee oil removing tablets before? It doesn't help?
+Кофе с помидорами I did not use any tablets. I only use descaling powder to do descaling every few months.
Thanks for your vid ;-)
