I am a scooter enthusiastic... I love making videos with scooters and commuter motorcycles and I like to do unboxings... and some how I travel a lot... and this is how travel moto exists.
I want to let you guys know that I am not the best rider ever who speaks good English and knows much about details of the bikes... I just love what I am doing and love motorcycles.
if you have knowledge about motorbikes and scooters you can be part of the videos by leaving your comments. (I read them all and visit your channels).
I travel the world for motorcycle shows with classic motorcycles and mostly scooter motorbikes such as Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and also scooters from KYMCO, SYM, BMW etc...
I am generally fond of classic motorcycles but also of mega scooters and in the city you will find me riding small scooters or mopets (mobylette).

This is a cornerstone video for scooter people to watch. Whether or not we do our own maintenance. It`s a bit like watching a surgeon do an operation , dosen`t mean we`re going to be doing that stuff ourselves just because we`ve seen it . but it`s good to begin to understand how the innards work .

There are 2 kinds of mechanics, the 1st is the lazy, sloppy, dirty & irresponsible one that doesn't give a damn about rust & dust build-up inside the motorbike; the 2nd is the effectively clean, organized & hardworking one that makes sure to clean the interior parts of the motorbike free of rust and dirt sediments & also gives a thorough check-up and tune-up of all the bikes specs... This one is of the latter mentioned and is one mechanic that scooter users are lucky to have at the Sym motorbike shop...

hello please, I have a burgman 125 2006, cold problem it holds the idle, once I roll a can, it stalls it does not hold the slowdown, I changed the spark plug, and adjust the carburetor but nothing to change, also cold when I accelerate when I roll it breaks, and it has no power, you can help me please thank you

Επαγγελματικη δουλειά και μπράβο στο μάστορα και στο συνεργείο της Sym.Ηθελα όμως να ξέρω στα πόσα χλμ γίνεται αυτή η αλλαγή ιμάντα γιατί το μηχανάκι φαίνεται καινούριο. Είναι σίγουρα ότι ο πελάτης πλήρωσε πάνω από 200€.Θέλω να μας πει όμως πραγματικά ο μάστορας πόσο πραγματικό χρόνο έκανε για όλα αυτά με το ρολόι .Όσο η διάρκεια του βίντεο. Όπως και να έχει όμως τα εργατικά πληρώθηκαν πολύ ακριβά όπως και σε κάθε συνεργείο στην Ελλάδα.

Any idea what the final applied torque to the variator and clutch nuts was? There is a spec for that and I am sure it is not, put a big-ass Impact wrench on it and tighten the crap out of it.

Θέλω να αλλάξω ιμάντα αλλά δεν ξέρω τη δύναμη ροπής να βάλω στο δυναμοκλειδο. Ξέρεις πόσα Newton δύναμη θέλουν οι βίδες στο καπάκι το variator και η βίδα της καμπάνας; Σε ευχαριστώ πολύ!!

Good maintenance
I didn't see the Puli disc placed (gasket)
I would have deglazed the clutch shoes and the outer clutch bells inner surface, and cleaned the variator roller alleys,and cleaned the faces of the pulleys. and for me you don't put on nuts bolts and screws with power tools
@9:58 @9:03 and the roller alleys were fine just needed to be dusted off with the air hose Mr. I think I'm better than the pro

Whats the Price in Greece for this Service? In Austria you must pay arround 200 Euros (working time and belt)
In Romania - same scooter model - is 60 EUR
Why not replace it by yourself?
Just buy some proper tools and you re good to go
I would not depended on some mechanics, because most of them know only replace than to repair it
And that will make cost higher and waste money
I know the scanner tools is the most expensive one but, if cannot afford it then you can go to the authorized workshop once in a while, about 3-6months just to reset the ECU
