I tried this recipe to the T today. Simply amazing. Followed all the techniques and I was blown away. Just so you know I had both of your recipes on my menu today, Channa and Aloo curry and aloo roti. Thank you very much for these cooking tutorials. I am a guy so I am not an expert but with your help I am on my way to becoming a pro. Take care.God bless.
I love this and the fact you included onions. I've tried it both ways, without the flour adding the filling and with the flour before adding the filling. I personally prefer dusting the flour before putting in the filling. It helps the filling to spread throughout the roti evenly and the ends don't break up and become uneven.
You make it look so easy... I try exactly what you demonstrate but my roti always burst like lots when I'm rolling them ... if you add too much flour it also comes out hard... don't know what I'm doing wrong
Beautiful video and what a Nice roti!! I wonder if you have any advice for me… I just cant get to keep my potato filling inside the roti, Ive tried So much, when I fill the roti’s and fold them closed its still okay, then I press them out a little, still good, but when I start rolling it out, almost right away the filling will come out of the sides, i dont understand…. Please any tips and advice, thanks very much:-)
@@TriniCookingwithNatasha hi hi I put baking soda into my flour today while preparing for alloopuri. Was a first for me. Let me say the results were superb. Thanks for using it ur video

The aloo is supposed to be cooled when you fill it. Also, is not supposed to have any chunks of potato.
