Etsy and AIIi Expres sell good quality tools and also ship overseas, so it's recommended to buy them here. I'm not good at English for tutorials. I bought it at a Japanese leather shop. It is a vegetable tanned leather made by a manufacturer called "Tochigi Leather". I don't know if it can be shipped overseas.
