@DomsRoundtable Forager Brood Cookbook 7. Spirit Raisin just lets your steed push enemies when galloping but dealing no damage or stagger. Charming Branch essentially a reskin of Bewitching Branch from the base game. How are these“two of the most powerful crafting items in the game” ??
Or you can kill the shrimps and he’ll invade you and you can kill him then. You can do at any point btw. You don’t get the bell bearing tho, but he only sells rubbish anyway…
I completed Moore’s quest line without ever getting the cook books. “I told him to keep on living” he’s no longer anywhere to be found but I still went back and found all the foragers and got their cook books.
I broke the great rune and was still able to get Forager Brood Cookbook 7 and the Black Syrup when I selected the option to "Talk to Moore" after I told him to remain sad forever.
I just told him "I don't know" and SPOILER Post DLC He says "My Brood is no more. No one comes to visit. Not Lady Leda. Not Father Dane. Not Sir Ansbach. Not Freyja. Not Thiollier. Not the hornsent. Where have they all gone" He also says sometimes "Thank you. No one comes to visit. Except you."
You can still complete this quest and get all CB's even if you broke the seal. For CB7, I followed your guide, got all six, it wasn't until I choose ' remain sad forever' option. I then talked with Moore again IMMEDIATELY after I choose the option, then he gave me CB7. Not sure if CB7 is tied to that option specifically or both.
I believe you can get black syrupe and cookbook from Moore if u yet to collected all books and broke the seal. I went and got all the other cook books and talked to Thiollier. then I choose for him to be sad. then had options to talk and got both the cookbook and the black syrup.
Actually I got the items spirit branch and spirit raisin even though I got close to the shadow keep and broke the ruin. You just have to finish the 4th brood quest. Then go to Moore and say sad forever. After you go through the dialogues you get the items. Hope this helps anyone
You’ll have killed him by that point. He’s one of the invaders regardless of if you tell him to put it behind him or not. He’ll only not be one if you kill him or tell him to be sad forever.
I came across rot kindred and did what I always did and killed them, then I get invaded by Moore, do a little more research and realize I screwed up the quest and am now missing out of forager cookbooks! Good game design, how was I supposed to know that is what the forager brood people looked like?
moore isnt at the main gate cross for me. i collected the cookbooks and he still isnt there. any idea where he went or did i progress to far into the game.
The ending is misinformation, if you choose “sad forever” ever forager instantly dies. Choosing “put it behind you” theyre all still alive allowing you time to actually grab any you might have missed. Idk if you can somehow grabing the 7th after moore has moved, but you can certainly grab 1-6.
Messed up how the great rune isn't supposed to break until you get to shadow keep, but I wander a little too far north of where that rot pest is curled up and I get the message that it breaks, also get the title for rauh base, go figure
Why does Moore disappear before I even get the serum? I told him to just move on with the dialogue option before I even talked to Thollier and now he’s completely gone.
I accidentally killed one of the brood, Moore adressed it in conversation to me "This cannot be forgiven". I didn't heal the injured one with the warming stone and still got to choose for him to put it behind him or stay sad forever. I cheered him up and he joined the fight against me later.
I got got the message of the great run broken and i talked to him and told him to put it past behind him but after that I just left and didn't know about throiller or whatever his name is and i progressed far but didn't burn the tree yet and i got all cookbooks but he's not there at that grace site and apparently i locked myself out of the quest because of it and i tried killing two pest and he didn't invade me what do I do or what's going on? Why didn't he invade me at least?
i killed forager 2 by accident, but did help the one that gives book 4, went to Moore for the book 7 and its not giving it to me, it because i killed 1 of them??? is there something i can do to get it??? at this point
I was wondering the same thing, I also killed forager brood #2 by accident, and despite healing guy #4, and talking to Moore a lot of times, the dialog never changed from him liking to gather things for me, Leda and the stupid pests with diffrerent name (forager brood). I tried advancing the quest hoping to get the final book, but it was pointless, same dialog, no book, and just the option to remain sad forever, until the next playthrough.
@@wolfshade124 thanks for the reply, looks like killing one of those things look us out of his full quest sadly, ill have to dupe those items manually instead of crafting them

I'm all ready for a second playthrough, and I definitely need to because I missed some stuff on my first one.
I had the right idea, I literally tryed ALL the healing spells in the game next to him, but I forgot about warming stones existence😂
Thanks Dom ☺️👍🏻
Moore is cool, the description from his armor says the metal it’s made of can only be acquired from an outer god. Don’t ask how I got his armor.
I completed Moore’s quest line without ever getting the cook books. “I told him to keep on living” he’s no longer anywhere to be found but I still went back and found all the foragers and got their cook books.
Hey Dom, when you do Thiollier’s quest, something cool to add is the Arcane buff gets removed if you alter it.
when you alter thiolliers chest piece that is
Very good video my man
I broke miquellas rune and extended his dialogue before healing the shrimp thing now hes gone, did i mess up?
I went to forager brood and moore was dead over there but i still got his armour, shield. And bell bearing
I broke the great rune and was still able to get Forager Brood Cookbook 7 and the Black Syrup when I selected the option to "Talk to Moore" after I told him to remain sad forever.
I just told him "I don't know" and SPOILER
Post DLC
He says "My Brood is no more. No one comes to visit. Not Lady Leda. Not Father Dane. Not Sir Ansbach. Not Freyja. Not Thiollier. Not the hornsent. Where have they all gone"
He also says sometimes "Thank you.
Not sure if CB7 is tied to that option specifically or both.
went exploring and the rune may have shattered... I totally didn't panic!!!
I believe you can get black syrupe and cookbook from Moore if u yet to collected all books and broke the seal. I went and got all the other cook books and talked to Thiollier. then I choose for him to be sad. then had options to talk and got both the cookbook and the black syrup.
I broke the rune early but was still able to complete the quest.
When are the next questline videos coming out for npcs?? I’m ready
Actually I got the items spirit branch and spirit raisin even though I got close to the shadow keep and broke the ruin. You just have to finish the 4th brood quest. Then go to Moore and say sad forever. After you go through the dialogues you get the items. Hope this helps anyone
i didn't get the syrup, so i lost both moore's and thioller's questlines?
In the same boat 😂 was gonna try to fight him or something 🤷♂️
Does anyone know what happens if you choose the “put it behind you” option if you already killed the invaders?
You’ll have killed him by that point. He’s one of the invaders regardless of if you tell him to put it behind him or not. He’ll only not be one if you kill him or tell him to be sad forever.
I came across rot kindred and did what I always did and killed them, then I get invaded by Moore, do a little more research and realize I screwed up the quest and am now missing out of forager cookbooks! Good game design, how was I supposed to know that is what the forager brood people looked like?
The mandatory foriger brood in still there after I broke the great rune an I didn’t do any of the steps to get the mother dialogue
So frustrating that I missed Moore, Thiollier, and Igon quests…
When will the other NPC questlines be coming out?
moore isnt at the main gate cross for me. i collected the cookbooks and he still isnt there. any idea where he went or did i progress to far into the game.
you dont actually need the black syrup to get to have thoillier appear at the end of the cerulean feilds as part of his miquella questline
So if you attack the first forager brood Moore will invade and you can kill him and get his bell bearings
I accidentally killed one of the brood, Moore adressed it in conversation to me "This cannot be forgiven". I didn't heal the injured one with the warming stone and still got to choose for him to put it behind him or stay sad forever. I cheered him up and he joined the fight against me later.
After collecting the first cookbook, moore teleported away somewhere. Is this normal?
I broke the rune even before I met Moore. I kept choosing "I Don't Know." He's still there for me. I don't think he'll move until I pick one.
Was far into the dlc before I found him so it was kinda sad to see him asking why everyone was gone
@@wolfshade124 thanks for the reply, looks like killing one of those things look us out of his full quest sadly, ill have to dupe those items manually instead of crafting them
After getting the cookbook, where would Moore be if not at the main gate
No Moore on map. I killed one foarger in ground, may that's the reason I've never met him?
Guess I messed up. I chose the other option and only found out today how to help the shivering brood.
Soooooo what if you killed two of the brood and Moore doesn’t invade or at that site? Where is he?
This quest line is a perfect example of why FromSoft design doesn't mix with open world. Being locked out of a quest line because you explored the wrong direction in an OPEN WORLD game is peak idiocy.
I accidentally did the final fight against them all before the questline and only after found out about the armour set. This meant I had to kill the brood instead. His reaction makes me soo sad 😭
On my first play through idk what i did but all of the sudden he start selling me op staff like Royal Night resolve and 10 ancient Dragon Smithing Stone and somber dragon too, and infinite rune ark i think and a lot of good stuff like all the op talisman in the original game, idk what i did to trigger that but i cant recreate this on my next few Playthroughs
When is a new NPC Questline coming
Told Moore to
Put it behind him before I did any of the other steps and now I have everything done but Moore has moved and idk where he is now
The grade rune broke like when I was 2-3 hours in the dlc and I didn’t knew what it meant so now I can not do the other 5 guys right?
He disappeared before I could get forager bood cookbook 7. Anyone know what to do?
I accidentally killed the shivering shrimp thinking it was a dog 🤦🏻♂
I did Thioller AFTER entering the sahdowkeep and now Moore has disappeared after tellin him "to endure". Forager is there but where is Moore?
