You've had several stories about trees in the road, haven't you? One time I was horseback riding and got creeped out. It was too quiet, and sounded like pebbles being tossed at me. Thought I got a whiff of a skunk, and decided I didn't want my clumsy horse spooking it and getting us sprayed. As I was leaving the area I found a huge tree, green with lots of branches, across the dirt logging road I had ridden in on about half an hour prior. I had to go into the woods on the side to go around the tree and get out, and my horse was starting to freak out a bit. The tree had been broken off and set there- no drag marks. In my soul I knew exactly what had put it there. I galloped the horse home and never went back.
heARtMY~ That’s kinda spooky . Wonder why they do that blocking trails with a tree. Is it to slow u down , like setting up an ambush? Or is it to try to deter u from coming to that area? Seems to me they wouldn’t waste their energy to do that for nothing. Not sure how large the tree was, could it have been a juvenile messing with u ? Who knows, but have heard of them doing this behavior from others also. I agree with u not going back to that area. Thank u for sharing your experience!
@@dyamano It was a huge Ponderosa. If I make a circle with my arms by grabbing the opposite wrist, that's how big around. It would have been really heavy. I couldn't see one end at all, and the other end was broken off jaggedly a few yards off the lower side of the road in some thick brush. Getting past it on a horse was really difficult and slow. To be honest with you, there was a family of them that lived on that mountain. I saw the parents once, the baby (size of a Great Dane) 3 times. There was one about 5.5 feet tall that I saw one time - tried to talk to it thinking it was my dad but it stayed still as a statue until I turned around for a sec and then vanished. And I don't know if it was one of the parents or a different one, probably an unmated male going on behavior, but one about 9 feet tall got really close to my best friend and I one night when we were laying in the bed of her pickup giggling about boys. I saw it standing about 10 feet from the pickup and we noped out of there as fast as we could go.

Great story. My own sighting was from 3 ft. away and I wasn't alone and was in a truck camper next to an almost 9 ft. probably 800-1000 lb. creature and that was plenty for me. Frankly, it terrified me and made nervous in the Northwest for many, many years. I hiked and camped a fair bit in the northeast though during those same years. But if I had been aware of a significant presence of the creature in the northeast, I probably would have been much more uneasy during those trips. I can't say how many times I imagined my encounter having taking place where I was alone (rather than with people), in a tent (rather than a camper), or just out in the woods and the mere thought of it would be almost too terrifying to even entertain!
Yay here we go! I love Mexican food! Until I heard you describe your burrito like a fat baby wrapped in a blanket LOL! Cam, we appreciate you too brother!!! Great stories tonight! Hearing God awful loud screams at night then being woken up by the sound of something very heavy on 2 feet just outside my tent would scare my blue jeans brown for sure!!! Thinking I'm trapped inside of a flimsy tent with something huge like that right outside would be terrifying to anyone!! I don't know what I'd do but I'd of left my camp stuff right there too!!! Thanks for the great stories Cam I look forward to them and love hearing them as much as you love telling us about them Cam!!!!

Wow!! Dang good stories Cam! Don't know how Brandon kept it together, but he did. Kudos to him cause I'd have probably number 2'd myself while emptying the gun!!!!!
It was very fast and very intense lol
Having your pet walking around and making noise is great. I think it adds to the stories.
Thanks

@@CPB1 helio! No. I don't remember that one. I try not to miss one. But I am guilty of falling asleep when it's on. Lol That is exciting though... you never know when you might see one.
@@vickie6662 "When Shooting The Bigfoot is the only option". Should be his last session. Let me know what you think. That location is about 1/2 mile from my house.

Chunk is enjoying feeling better. Let him enjoy himself, I love your dogs as they are much a part of you. Thank you so much for your channel and all the stories.
thank you Cam---and contributors. I needed some spooky encounter stories to take my mind away for a bit, wandering around swamps and breaking up a coyote attack and such like.

Thank you Cam for such a wonderful job of narrating these terrific encounter stories. Hearing your critters makes it feel like home. Thanks to everyone that has a story to tell.
After listening to your music preludes or postludes I found a Pandora station called Justin Johnson. (Named after a guitar player who has a FB profile and RUclips channel. Anyway, I really enjoy the instrumentals. Thank you

Thank you again for a wonderful session. You are absolutely our favorite story teller of all time. We have listened to everyone of your stories now.
Only wishing there were 400 more. Lol
Thank you again for awesome entertainment. Bless you and your family.
Not the brightest kids throwing firecrackers at a Bigfoot. I believe they’re lucky to have survived to tell the tale
Cam Thankyou for the stories AND your time! The work hours go by much quicker while listening to your southern accented thrillers.
I need some of that medicine your dog is on!
Ditto,,,aches and pains
Hi Cam and to Jason in the last story, I would have sought a private moment with your maternal grandmother and told her of your experience. Australia
your voice is a delight! thank you for the stories. peace
The Cam Man is back!
All of these were so good! Thanks for warming my Minnesota evening with a fire in the fireplace too. So cozy.
I love everyone's stories...Cam, thank you for sharing them
Big ole baby burrito! Lol. Cam you are the man! I am about to drift off to bed.I love listening to you tell stories and all your commentary....it's the best! Thank you sir, well done and good night.
Loved all of the stories. The language in the first story was hilarious. I find myself saying, "It would have knocked a Buzzard off a poop stand." Wow!
I love labs. Wouldn't hurt my feelings to watch him roaming with you. Just like the fires you put in your videos. Bless him
I have really missed your fabulous story telling of the big guy. Great marathon!,
It's always nice to hear a story from my hometown. Makes me relate to the it so much more.
Going hunting with a gun and admit you needed your glasses? Scary thought.
Exactly! Who does that
That burrito intro is one of the many reasons why I love you Cam.. Just so much fun!
