Checking my CPU bending problem after use of stock ILM in Hindi.

hello dosto, is video mai mene apko apne cpu ki bending problem check kark dikhai hai ki mera cpu lga 1700 socket main jo company ki taraf se ILM ata hai usmai cpu 1 saal se lga hua hai to ab hum sal bad check karte hain cpu bending problem mere cpu main ai hai ke nai to ye sab janne k liye video ko last tak daikhen or sath main channel ko subscribe karna mat bhule taki ap is tarah ki or knowledgefull video ko miss na kar paye or sath mai bell icon pe click kre taki apke pass notification aa jaye or aap knowledge lekar apni jindgi ko assan bna saken, dhanyaawad.

bro 1 mahine pehle buy kara tha i5 13500 locked processor with b760 motherboard can i buy contact frame for my cpu...
my temprature
in under watt at maximum 125
and result is
ideal..40 to 45
gamming 65 to 70
ediiting 80 to 85
100 load at r23 85 to 90
but when i remove wattage it consumes more than 160 watt power draw and in cinebench r23 100 percent load it goes mostly 99 to 100 temprature then what should i do can run with 125 watt or else go to higher..... plz i m so confuse ki mene jo build kara hai woh sahi kara hai yaaa nahi... yaa fir me contact frame ka use karu toh mujhe kuch faayda ho sakta hai

Bhai mere pass ant value 365 motherboard hai or cpu 1151 socket i3 9300f hai ab mai graphics card nhi lagaunga to ye processor display nhi dega or mai m.2 ssd usi slot mai lagana chahta hun koi upaye hai kya ki display bhi aye or mai m.2 ka full potential use kar paun os booting k liye
