Great film study and analysis. When Kancy missed all of training camp and the first four games to a calf injury I figured his contributions would be somewhat limited but I was wrong. He has only gotten better week after week. I am anxious to see if he can make a big difference against a more experienced 49ers line.
That double team play was impressive. Vita and everyone else got moved by a single block. He wouldn’t move and made the tackle after 3 different guys hit him/blocked. Really impressive
On the play at around 13:00, isn't it possible that Kancey had to be concerned with the QB faking that hand-off and rolling left? I'd like to know what down it was and how many yards were needed. He's so close, so fast, he has to make a quick guess at it. Considering that there were a few TB linemen to Kancey's left to hopefully make the play, and it looks like nobody close-by to his right, he may have had to make sure it got handed off.
You are absolutely correct. He has to take away the QB first then the handoff since he's the last man defending. He has help over top with the LBs but not enough help on the outside, so forcing the ball inside is highly important. I'll take a 3-4 yard gain over a 25 yard gain anyway.
Look Kancey is a stud, no doubt........but on that last play I'm actually impressed by Watts #58 on the left side. Great move and if he could of just finished off that with the sack we would have been talking about him on that play.
Don’t get me wrong he’s very good. But I should warn you as a titans fan our Offensive line is rated 17th worse ALL TIME (and I wish that was a hyperbole) Not taking anything away from Kancey he looked great. It’s just that everyone looks like Aaron Donald going against our revolving door Offensive Line
Anyone who takes pff run grades seriously doesn't know ball. Can't grade someone if you don't know their exact assignment. PFF killed him in the run game in the Lions game. I dare someone to pull every run snap from that game and justify PFFs run grade. Show me someone, anyone, that can stack and shed Sewell that quickly
The reason he looks like Donald is because he’s trained with Donald. So he’s definitely picked up technique that resembles Donald’s. He’s definitely got something but Donald has been doing it since his rookie season and was that guy from day 1. Not taking anything away from this guy but he’s definitely benefited from working with Donald at Pitt as he should have. Aaron Donald 2.0 is asinine and disrespectful to Aaron Donald.
It looked more like a missed assignment by that lineman. The guy he went by turned around with his hands up acting like "bro wtf I thought you were going to help me block him".
Not to damper your spirits to much guys you need to remember everyone on the titans offensive line outside Skronski isnt good. They may be starting but skill wise.. average backups(radunz, brunskil) a mediocre backup (brewer) or shouldn't be in the NFL(Dillard, NPF)

Playing against Trent Williams will be a great learning moment for him
The potential is there. Go Bucs
Excellent study...keeping this for reference...good job guys!
He keeps his head up and finds the ball the kid is fast hope he continues to develop into a great player.

Bruh vita is a fuckin unit , 76 from The titans couldn’t even drive him back on that 2nd play
Good job with review. Looking at the big picture with the young lineman.👍

Kancey was a steal. Licht has really nailed the last few drafts.
Excellent analysis. Kancey and Diaby have a chance to both be special. Yeah. Dee knows he should have had that one.
Bro im a Bucs fan but that Oline man tried to block Devin White LMAO
Dude is a STUD!!! Too quick for O-linemen. Too strong for TEs and RBs to block.
This is getting back to the Bucs of old. John Mckay was smiling.

Titans O-Line will make anyone look like Aaron Donald…
I haven’t seen him play other teams so I can’t say how good he really is Titans OL is probably worst in the leauge lol
12:48 I think that play he was responsible for the bootleg
Agreed 🫱🏽🫲🏾

Kid is only going to get better
Everybody looks like Aaron Donald against the Titans Oline. 😂
Bear front 4i

To be fair, lot of good analysis. I liked the video but don't need to watch so many repeats of the dame play.
Titans O-Line is historically bad this season. Anyone can look like Aaron Donald across from them.
Cry
It looked more like a missed assignment by that lineman. The guy he went by turned around with his hands up acting like "bro wtf I thought you were going to help me block him".
23 is trash and we have high school running backs can't break noo tackles at all

Jesus...I don't need to watch the same play over and over like 30 times. That is a bit of over kill.
He will be lined up Trent Williams, he doesn't have a chance..😂
