My GSP Tu-Lei is just like Walle with her nails. So funny when he hid. My Lab used to hide when I did her ears. Such a blessing to have dogs. Kisses to Zazu and Walle x
It’s fantastic you can cut their nails without them carrying on. My girl is impossible! She will not let anyone touch her feet. So it’s off to the vet so they can do it. Don’t know how they do it but they do. Lol. You take such wonderful care of your dogs. ❤️

I love how gently Wallie takes the treats out of your hand. I had a GSP who would try to gently pull things out of your hand if you didn't release it. He wasn't prepared to bit it off and leave some of it behind.

I had a black lab with black toe nails . I learned to turn them to where u can see the underside of them to where u can see the quick and then u can cut them without cutting them too short….
Just recently Zazu’s fur started to overgrow around his paws and he has tree sap stuck on there often which is why we need to cut it out so we thought trimming would be a better option

I borrowed the Perfect Paw dog nail trimmer from a friend. I was suprised how well it worked. Just put the nail in the hole and a little rotating sandpaper strip inside the machine ground down Hunter's nails just enough without getting too close to hurt him.
I have heard good reviews about it too. Walle doesn’t really like hair dryers, vacuum cleaners so I just assumed it would be more difficult to get him comfortable with a trimer. But we will slowly try to introduce it to him
@@ZazuTalks I liked the fact that it can't not grind past the safety point set on the unit, keeping everything uniform. The motor did sound like a small electric sander, maybe play some music kind of loud so Walle does not hear it.
