As rough as this is looking at it through ‘westernised’ engineers eyes, the job is done. If I had a suggestion, then I wouldn’t direct fire the bearings like that but put them in an oil bath and heat the oil.

OMG please clean out the inside of that housing and shaft before putting that back together. For what that equipment is worth I feel like they could make enough money to pour a concrete pad to work on?

Unskilled Labour directly hitting the new bearing with big hammers.Bearing heater Or oil bath have not used. During installation they damaged the bearings.

Safety first! (safety shoe), and also you could use hitting of both sides to remove pulley because when you hit only one side your pulley might get cracked.
