I love M. Graham, A. Gallo, and Isaro which all have honey. M. Graham is made here in the PNW. A. Gallo is a handmade paint from Assisi, Italy. Isaro is made in Belgium. They all reactivate quickly with just a drop of water from the tip of your brush! M. Graham, perhaps, uses the most honey, as they always remain sticky after squeezing from the tube into a pan to dry for my custom palettes. The Isaro remains tacky, but not sticky, like the M. Graham. A. Gallo only comes in pans like your Essee set. But, M. Graham & Isaro only comes in tubes. Some people complain that the M. Graham paints have a tendency to get moldy, due to the amount of honey, which keeps them from drying completely in the pan-but I've not had that problem. That black paint in your Essee set is amazing!
Such a great video and that bk11 has activated the want monster! It was really beautiful and I would love to see more of these paints, it would be neat to compare to another bk11 to see the differences.
These look really nice and I LOVE that black. I think I'm going to build a palette :). The Etsy shipping is really high, but they have free shipping on their website depending on where you are. I use Roman Szmal (Poland) and adore them. They are honey based so give those a try !! Very affordable :)
This was the Essee set I was looking at! You are amazing to make a video with a migraine, when ever I get one I just want to look at the wall and do nothing 😆For honey based paint, I wonder if you have tried M Graham? I want to.
@@artandmusic09 I have 1 M. Graham paint. I need to get some more! Yeah, I almost always have a headache of some sort. But this migraine has been hanging around for a week now. As long as I can see and I'm not throwing up, I try to still live life. 😊
Fellow migraine sufferer here too. I have tried so many things but latest one is drinking electrolytes. I wonder if my body depletes them too fast and needs topping up. Love the paints they are gorgeous. Love how you present too. Xx
You HAVE to try Davinci Watercolors! They are made with honey, Made in America and dry firm in a palette for easy traveling and no mess but reactivate so easily and amazingly and the colors are 🤩🤩🥳🥰
I bought 24 essee half pans last year. I love them.

Those are beautiful colors. I need to check out Essee paints! Thanks for showing these.
I personally do like honey based watercolors, Sennelier and Aquarius are my fave. These colors are so beautiful and way less expensive than A. Gallo
I love Julia K Art Studio paints. They have honey and are my favourites.
