What Conejo says @ 52:52 my home is my prison. I work out & read. I have a gym in doors, I study and read and come out to breath when I need to. There's a part 30 mins in were he says when you leave Cali and come to Mexico time slows down. I'm in El Paso TX boarder lined with Juarez Mexico. Also coming from LA & grew up in West Adam's on Vermont & Hoover & back and forth to 7th & Vermont affiliated with the Harpys since I was a juvenile. The time is faster in California because trending population everyone's keeping up with the latest or in competition with eachother, some not giving a F*. But when you make your way further out, time is slowed down you start to notice the difference around you. You don't see people on there phones, rarely any homeless people just immigrants moving around. Abiding citizens, religious folks, family orientated stuff that matters that didn't happen matter in Los Angeles CA. Cause you have a different mentality. You do alot of soul searching and have alot of time to spare to find out what your really living for.

I feel the beginning of this. I moved out of my hood to stay with my dad, but every chance I had I would go back to the hood to hang with my homeboys, until I grew up and made more out of my life. Then I didn't feel going back seeing my homies doing bad, getting locked up etc.
