These are all the knowns. I was just watching a video produced by a reporter who thought Diego Garcia was topical. I was told about Diego Garcia back in the early 1980's. The native islanders were expelled in the 1970's.
I think it's more appropriate to call these devices connected devices and not smart devices. The devices themselves are not smart, the people who programmed them and the users who maximize their potential for informing their daily life are the smart ones. And as long as we focus on our devices being an extension of ourselves as opposed to pushing for machine learning to be a replacement for ourselves then we will have useful technology as opposed to burdensome technology to maintain.
It's incredible how much innovation has been achieved in the last few decades, and when the things we're talking about today actually sound possible, whilst only some time ago, it felt impossible to even fathom that you could communicate to anyone other than by mail, or telephone- or that your PORTABLE phone would no longer have buttons, that your TV can finally fit in your bedroom.. And if you get bored, you go to a club- in VR and have a night out with the lads, and the next morning you ask your robot assistant to go to the store and get you some paracetamol. Yep, it's sounding pretty dystopian, but now honestly doesn't feel too far away from what reality will become. The real question is though, how will we adjust for that? What if no one "needed" to work for example?
@@AlexHammerofficial There’s no such thing as space technology. There are loads of technology that can be used in space, but it’s not “space technology”. That term is to generic to make the list.
Neuralink is a company, not a technology. The technology that Neuralink is developing is called Brain - Computer Interface, which practically falls under Nanotechnology which he listed.
All that matters is Biotech/bioengeneering, AI, robotics, space exploration and cold fusion. These things will move our civilization forward, to a totally different level. Rest is just toys.
Very interesting, BUT... You forgot the most prominent, pertinent advancement of recent times which is now about to have a major impact on worldwide society - cryptocurrency. I know you list blockchain, however, you need to go into far greater detail on cryptocurrencies for the good of the general viewer who remains uninitiated into the fintech all banks and fiancial institutions are employing behind the scenes to move us towards digital currency. Someone with your presentation skill is a must for getting the crypto message across so people are not left behind. I write this as the Bitcoin halving approaches and a forthcoming bull run over the next couple of years like nobody has ever seen before. The average person could make themselves a nice nest egg with relatively small investment, given the right guidance. How about a dedicated vid?
He obviously only digested the central banker case where crypto is derided as distributed ledger and refers to blockchain as the only valuable piece. When I hear someone refer to crypto as blockchain, I know they know nothing about it.

You rock…thanks for sharing 👌
Technology has come to stay so we embrace it, have time for it and invest in it.
For you to be rich, tactical steps must be taking to retaining it.
Nice view

Can't wait for The 25 Biggest Technology Trends 2030 - 2040. See you in 10 years!
won't be on youtube
Can't look that beyond sir. Telescope broke.
😂😂😂
It will be mostly desalination tech and carbon dioxide removal because life will be rough in 15 years
Great video! Some key points were highlighted that I hadn't heard anyone else discuss. Thank you!
Glad you liked it!

Excellent quick overview. Thanks!
I'm already into AI, quantum computing and blockchain technology how exciting is that!!
how bro?
Can you make a video on companies that are making these technologies?
Basically Ark invest and you are covered ;)
This were Trends from 2000-2018 and is now Standard
big idea , very good speech , nice and easy
Thank you 😊
Great Video, very insightful!
Glad you enjoyed it!

#25 Nanotech is stale, great video.. sounds semi-dystopian
Please stop saying that The Internet of Things is a trend. It has been a "trend" since the internet was invented.
What about networking field like CCNA and all..it won't help ?
Number 20: it’s with cybersecurity
Thank You
Great video but you missed space. Space is huge.

Name one neuralink product anyone can buy.
@@darylallen2485 it says trends for the next 10 years, can you even read
