Got inspired to relearn Kyokushin katas as my partner's kid reached yellow belt in Seido. Remembered them all up to this one, where i was lost, so thanks for this video. Invaluable!
Funny how it's all so alien until you get it right and then it clicks into place and just feels right. OSU!

Osu, I got the belt like half year ago but still l forgot the kata a bit, I'm now soon gona be geting ready for pinano Sano San (3) kata, but I need to memorize the pinano Sano ni kata because I kinda forgot how to do it while on quarantine, anyways everyone who's gona do the examine for the belt, don't stress it isn't so hard just try your best and concentrate on technique and kata, thank you for reading good luck on exams!

Hay dos maneras de ejecutar kata: por órdenes ( por eso se ve como robótica ,) y sin órdenes, a velocidad de combate, de esta manera es fluida sin pausas ; excepto al emitir kiai , y tensión en algún movimiento. I HOPE IT WILL BE USEFULLY TO YOU.
