His second track really said someyhing. I live in the South West, about two hours drive from London and I am a secondary school teacher. I have seen several of my students fall to County Lines.... suddenly they start using language they think I don't understand, turning up to school with Gucci belts or speakers worth hundreds of pounds when I know they get free school meals ...then they get withdrawn...start going missing for days on end, start talking to people like they just dont give a shit...sometimes they tell us about moments that scared them because they are scared.....no kid should have to live like that.

That is sad because i know people that started selling drugs at 11 years old but county lines is worse because it is more severe and they miss school. If you havent already then inform the police so that they teach them that they will lose there childhood if they continue
Also they come in with expensive things because they come from poor backgrounds so they want to seem normal. Very sad
@@Juan-n we have a whole process for identifying kids caught up in county lines, and we all get training in it. One of the biggest problems is that they are trafficked; sent up the train lines to different towns, staying in flats and traphouses at 12 or 13 years old with adult strangers. It breaks my heart. There isn't a school in this area untouched by it.
@@dominadors4795 thats good that u have a system. Personally i live in manchester where in my school people sell and use drugs cause they think its cool or want money. Not county lines

ok ok ok, so i really like this. lemme explain why:
so french the kid is telling his story and why he turned out like this and hes also putting in mad bars and amazing flow while singing which caught a lot of attention.
his way of rapping and his flow is something ive never seen before and trust me that's a good thing i really enjoyed this as you get this feeling of empathy while listening to his story. that's something you don't see in every rap song. overall the part i loved the most was his voice it matched the beat and the flow perfectly...
so if i were to rate him he would get a 10/10

The first half is really fucking good. The only reason it doesn't blow you away is because of what he's capable of. The second half though... jeeeeeeezzzz. I've been listening to hip hop for a bit over 30 years and honestly I generally listen to the trap stuff because it's just hard, fun shit, but overall product doesn't move me very often. This kid though, is a fucking problem. He's got the flow, he's got the delivery and a lot of these guys do... the difference is, he's got content, it sounds authentic, it sounds lived and he expresses it in a way that makes you seriously think about the shit he's been through in his life and that is what separates him from a lot of the other artists out there right now. He's going places.

"I hope that you know us" is more like "I hope you know who you're dealing with" which is then complimented and expanded by "I have a gun (for you) in my hand to forgive your sins (or not!)".
So it's a warning. Like paying homage to the top boss, he will either pardon your disrespect if you're contrite enough and admit your error, or you'll be talking to the gun I brought just for you.
that 2nd beat choice lets you know he has the ear for good music! 1st time hearing this guy, I will be looking out for him to see how he gets on for sure! love the language flip up too!
