Ms Grubisa filed an application for special leave to appeal to the High Court. The appeal is only by her not the company. The primary argument in the appeal is that Justice Jackman and the Full Court failed to properly apply Pereira. If the normal timeframe is applied and the Court doesn’t require a hearing then the decision on the special leave application should be handed down on 6 March. Two cases brought by the Law Society of NSW against Ms Grubisa are due to be heard 17-19 March in NCAT.

Thanks for the update. I can't see her getting Special Leave. I am a part time NCAT member so I might sit in on part of those hearings. will you be going along?
