His efforts for helping the Jews is astonishing and inspirational. There is so much lies told about Pius, painting a black legend. The lies are often used by anti catholic protestants and nonbelievers to slander the church. It's sad to see.

I agree, he is one of 2 Popes I would like to see beatified, [the other is Leo XIII]. Pius suffered from character assassination by Stalin.
