It always surprises me that of the two stores in my area, the smaller store is almost always the one that has the better selections (including for SAS) and new releases. Also, the quality of their shipping is borderline criminal, especially considering that they're one of the few retailers that still don't have some kind of free shipping option. Whenever I do an online order there's usually a solid 50/50 chance that something's going to be broken or missing and the boxes frequently look like they've been dropped out of an airplane.
I am so sorry for your loss 💔 losing a fur baby is so very difficult. I know he must have been so so loved by you and your family. I’ll keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.

I’m super excited to go into work this morning to see our new floorsets! I hope we get the Calypso Clementine bath bombs! Our location shipments tend to be fragmented so we really hope we get everything in the mornings. Like we currently have the basic body care in the new scents, but we might not have all of the modes in that one scent. I’m hoping to see everything today, or this week for sure. I am LOVING Calypso Clementine, super excited for Spring! 😊🤗💙

Hello Sara…..it’s a feeling I had that something was up, because I watch a lot of your videos. I am so sorry about your Zeus….it was so obvious how much you adore your pets. You mentioned him in one of your recent videos and said he was 18 and I know from past experience with my own pets …..that we start to worry about that day we have to say goodbye. We have a 21 year old cat named Cowgirl and I dread that day….her mommy lived to 22. Just know….we all love you and I know Zeus had the best life and “Mommy” a fur baby could ever have. Lovu …..one of your number one fans
