He put me onto WiccaPhase, Cold Hart, Mackned, Key Nyata, MOOR Gang, Larry June basically all underground Seattle music at the time. And man those were the days, I remember Peeps first tour he opened for Fat Nick on When The Lean Runs Out tour (2016) then his first solo tour in 2017 for the Peep Show. Was at the Seattle and Portland shows and was some of the best shows I've been to. You should check out some of Lil Tracy's new music out or even some of his work after Peeps passing, he just performed live at Lyrical Lemonade and was 🔥

Peep was a rare case because obviously we already had a lot of really talented people in music before he blew up, but the way he mixed genres and created his own sound to where everyone knows its him when he comes on the track is pretty insane. Lot of artists nowadays sound like each other and ive seen a lot try and recreate Peep's vibe, and very few have been able to do something like it. And on top of all the great things about him he was one of the nicest people to fans despite all the fame and obvious drug use. He was a gem taken away too fast and by his own people, and we will remember him like we still remember Selena Quintanilla.
