He has to do it. Part of the contract for any given movie. Do you like going to work? Everyone has things they don't like about their jobs! If you do enough research you will find all of these late night talk shows are garbage. At least Paul said as much!

After watching Hot Ones, I can see what Paul meant by it being more of commercial rather than actual interview when it comes to late night. You can see he has to put on the comedic façade here because that’s what we are expecting of him as opposed to is Hot Ones interview where he gets to be a lot more relaxed and natural with his answers.
